He doesn't have any interest in buying shares, why would he as he has plenty of freebie share options.

Net, late May has gone, early June has gone. Can anybody believe anything Ashman says?

I don't know how typical an investor I am on this board and frankly I don't really care. I've been invested here since May 2020 and have been buying consistently over the past 5 years but have an average below the current SP so am nicely in profit. Some critics on here think I don't have any shares, some think I sold out and some think I am in a significant loss. Nothing could be further from the truth. I haven't sold any.

The reason I stay invested is because I believe in the product but as you all know I don't rate the CEO. I don't believe he has any interest in his shareholders and frankly, in my opinion, he wants to expand the company to suit his own needs.

I think he is completely out of his depth and Croda know they can spin him any which way they want. I've always said that he is likely to screw this up and at the moment I think that still may happen.

I actually hope he proves me wrong and delivers so that all of the shareholders can benefit from what looks like a great product. Time will tell, one way or another.

Net, I agree with you. Somebody obviously asked the question which he could have answered as you have without mentioning a percentage. I'm not sure 12% is mentioned anywhere, double digit is all I've seen.

Do we get our double digit royalty on the percentage of sales of the full formulation, or do we get a percentage of a percentage? If the latter, did you negotiate the split of revenues formulation by formulation or were you told it by Croda?

Net, I'm not sure logic comes into it. I don't think he will say anything about the other pillars without mentioning something on Croda as well because if he did he would be criticised for not updating on Croda. He's happy to play the silent game as shareholders don't seem high on his agenda unfortunately.

Net, it has now been 2 months since the launch and the fanfare has been pretty much non-existent. No products out there yet and Ashman won't say anything until Croda give him the OK. That is unlikely, in my view, until the 29th July when both companies announce their results. At the same time I also do not expect the NDA to be lifted. I think they will string that out until December 2025.

So Net, a big week for you then based on your previous comments. 9th June missed........

If there is no news by 10th June then that will seem a tad unfair (boo hoo)... If no news by 14th june then I think we can assume I will be at a loss for words... 😀😀😀

My expectation is zero news until 29th July!!

Let's face it guys every RNS Ashman has ever released is so poorly written that it always leaves shareholders guessing as to the accuracy of what he is saying. Now we have a new broker hopefully it will improve but I'm not holding my breath on that one.
