Interesting that there are no plans to increase the number of Superdrug stores beyond 188 until such time as sales improve across the 188 stores.

They are more likely to buy the company, cheaply of course.

A nice vote of confidence from the board would be 'skin in the game' and some share purchases.

Some extracts from the 2026 half year results;

- Since October 2025, the products have also been sold in c.180 Superdrug stores. The contract with Superdrug is on a two-year exclusivity basis and any further roll-out will be determined on the basis of reaching specific sales targets.

- For the time being, the Group’s expectations are that the level of sales of AxisBiotix™ will remain modest however, the brand continues to have a loyal direct customer base which can be built on further.

- Even though the majority of management attention has been to resolve urgent matters, wins have been made across the business in H2 2026. While AxisBiotix is an innovative product making modest gains in direct sales it continues to have a loyal customer base which we believe we can build on through our partnership with Amazon. We are alsobuilding a good early relationship with Superdrug, helped by the fact that it sells some of the Dermatonics products as well. Dermatonics and BTS are performing more steadily since 2025, aided by the significant operational improvements put in place for UK sales, and ongoing work to support future international sales. Finally, the profile of Zenakine is building through Croda’s marketing at events and awards.

- As interim CEO, my role has been to manage immediate priorities in this period rather than to set future strategy. However, my initial observations are that SkinBio has a range of products and IP with significant commercial potential. Despite a difficult period for the Group, we believe a line can now be drawn under what has happened and the Group can look forward to the new leadership team resetting and rebuilding SkinBio into a successfully disruptive force in the skin care and health sector. This is only possible with the continued long-term support and patience of shareholders and the support of the rest of the SkinBio team, for which we remain very grateful.

Looks like there has been more sells since TomW released his bearcast today suggesting a placing at 5p or 6p should be made asap so it can be blamed on Hunt and Ashman (a much bigger clown than I gave him credit for). As Ashman will be 60 in December, I suggest early retirement at HMP might be appropriate.

Super wrong super.

Time to look forward, Hunt has gone. Ashman the lying, cheating clown has gone. Onwards and upwards under our interim appointments.

Hi Toyin, great update. I see Elric has built on your find with a review on Substack. Bodes well for the future no matter how the update on Ashman's lies are finally told.

Relax net, whatever will be will be. I'm sure you will be able to sell your shares sometime this month, just don't know when.

I see TomW took the opportunity today to paint the bleakest picture, no surprise there. Be interesting to hear what Elric thinks of the RNS, bit quiet so far. No doubt there will be skeletions appearing from the investigation but once this is done and both sets of results are out, we can look forward with renewed optimism to the future and the Croda revenues assuming of course that the 10% royalties are genuine.

Yes Nick, the difference being Ashman was a loser who spent his tenure lying don't you think.

Hopefully, we will hear something soon so we don't have to suffer Nets continual daily whinging.

Shouldn't be much longer before we hear what Ashman has been up to. Here's my thoughts;

1. Croda royalty revenue stated when not received.

2. Lied about the reason for why both COO & CFO left.

3. Bullying.

4. Lied about the £4.1m raise being about Superdrug, when most was WC to cover up poor performing acquisitions.

5. He did the placing knowing he was going to miss market expectations for y/e 2025.

6. Lied about VIPs having Zenakine early.

7. Lied about NDA, never existed.

I'm sure there will be others but thankfully we don't need to hear his dulcet tones any more.

It stinks, the amount of buys over sells is embarrassing for the corrupt AIM MM's.

On the way back-up which is a good sign.

More buys than sells, the MMs at their games again. I did sell half at 473 this morning (gut feel) as the £1bn market cap felt a bit high but happy to hold the rest to see how this plays out over the next month.

UT at 469 and plenty of after hour buys at 469, bodes well for tomorrow hopefully.

Their new strategy is to take the POG down just before US open, GGP follows it down and the big boys can then get their shares on the cheap.
