Wow. This is what most investors here have been waiting for. Three clinical trials next year covering the big health issues of our time - Cancer, Autoimmune and protection against viruses- and each one backed up by top scientific evidence.No doubt a pivotal year for the company and its shareholders. Expect to see a regular RNS stream starting in January as more details on each trial is revealed. It’s going to be a roller coaster ride with great expectations but with nothing guaranteed. Make the most of it- the enormity of this situation does not come around very often. Enjoy.

The prospect of a Pancreatic Clinical Trial with SRA 737 and Wee inhibitors is exciting. Currently on its own Wee inhibitor is experiencing Cancer resistance. A successful combo would give patients new hope and could be very lucrative for investors. And of course there are 19 other solid tumour cancers that may benefit from SRA 7 combination trials. The Board members are rightly expressing their excitement about this.

Patents maybe. But low toxicity in the JAK inhibitor world will be seen as a major step forward by the informed. - potential to treat up to 31 autoimmune conditions and with more scope for additional combination treatments. The market as ever will need to catch up.

Citizen - an interesting read. Baricitinib in combination with anti viral agents now being used in hospitals as the main treatment for severe cases of Covid. Paper recommends the combo as a promising way forward although it requires careful monitor of patients before deciding on its suitability because of its black box warnings. This is why the eagerly awaited toxicity results for SDC1801 are so important. If the results show low toxicity then we would be in a very favourable position to treat a wider range of covid patients than Baricitinib . And a Covid trial would probably need to test SDC1801 as a monotherapy and also in combination with antiviral agents. If the toxicity results are favourable we are in my opinion going to be a potential major player in the therapeutics for Covid19 in the coming year.

So it seems pretty clear that there are now no toxicity issues and pre clinical of SDC 1801 is nearing completion. Omicron has changed the Covid situation. Would expected Sareum to have consulted with experts by now on way forward for Covid trials. Could happen sooner than we thought? Surely Government would be eager to support it.

Very interesting read. More clear evidence from Nature that mutations in the Viruses genes are responsible for the over reaction of the human immune system and cytokines storms. Controlling the immune system response is what SDC1801 does. With the virus continuing to mutate the vaccinations are only a holding process. The focus should turn to therapeutics and quickly in my opinion. With the winter coming it would be nice to see quicker progress of SDC1801 for Covid treatment. If toxicity results are positive and confirmed by end of this month, why can’ t this happen?

Thanks Num - There is no doubt that if Sareum announce’s low toxicity for SDC1801 that will be major step forward for the company, patients and it’s shareholders. With the capsule formulation adding further effectiveness and value we should be in a prime position to take a major role in the next generation treatments of auto immune diseases ( there are 31 ) and hopefully also treat a range of cancers via SDC1802. No. But the latest clinical data on Momelotinib must be good given that Prithviraj Bose from the M D Anderson Centre is presenting the data. All good for us regarding new SRA 737 combo trials.
