I once again openly refuse to answer or even acknowledge the tripe posted on here. Reasons are clear, failure to agree to a call to clear understanding with the VLRM board, when offered. Secondly, unsubstantiated claims from Tom W and others. You have something to offer, post with evidence and not theories! Our CEO said revolutionary VGold Token, so that is my reference. (6) We are on the edge of finding out about a revolutionary VGold token

(7) We are listed on OTCQB - Not pink sheets or grey market

(8) There is ambition to list on the Nasdaq

(9) We have a heavyweight NED on board, to support our ambitions in the US

(10) RWA and tokenisation is a rapidly growing

Exercise of Option Agreement to cancel 2 million Warrants

Valereum Plc (the "Company" or "Valereum"), a company aiming to become the global market leader in the rapidly developing tokenised digital markets sector, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 1 October 2025, it has exercised its option to cancel 2,000,000 Warrants, exercisable at £0.005 over ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company.

In accordance with the previously announced agreement entered into with a service provider, the Company will pay a cancellation fee of £90,000 in exchange for cancelling all Warrants held by the warrant holder.

The exercise of the option by the Company is considered by the Directors to be in the best interests of the shareholders.

@Broke_holder - honestly don’t want to engage with the cesspit here. But since you are invested, why not sell and leave if you have no confidence in VLRM? Why even leave a small holding? Clearly you deep down have a belief that this may well be a very good investment or will go up?Gary was responding to an investors question around some of the inaccurate information shared on here by you from Tom W and some other claims from some of the cesspit make on this forum. He said I am happy to have an open call with all investors, but for those like you and Tom W who don’t believe in QGP deal, their website or for that matter the $200 MTN, he was happy to set up a call to provide confidence of how real it was. Most retails investors have not challenged the deal. You and the cesspit on here have.

If a BoD offered me a call to alleviate my concerns or even email response, than why not take it? Surely that would help answer some of the concerns you have, rather than spouting unsubstantiated claims here. So I take it you and others here are happy to challenge retail investors with your findings here, but when asked to email or have a call with the BoD you backdown. I mean that says a lot!

Let’s be clear please. That $200m doesn’t just sit there for asset value across the books. It is working generating income of $15.9m, so unsure how it can be branded as non value and non substance. First payment due in a week and bits time. I expect that to be aligned with the VGold token. And we will have lots of tokens, that’s how’s the business model works. Issues tokens and get buyers. Don’t get why there is an issue that we are constantly having issue with token issuance

We have $3.9m coming this month. Ignore the derampers they have an agenda. VGold about to be launched, news imminent.

Valereum receives $200,000,000 of medium term notes - In consideration for the Subscription Shares, QGP will transfer $200,000,000 of QMTN2601001 medium term notes ("QMTN") from V-QGP to the Company. These will generate an annual coupon of 7.95% on the outstanding principal, which shall be paid in USD or USDC quarterly from 29 March 2026 until its maturity on 31 December 2030. Valereum will therefore receive contracted income equivalent to USD 15.9 million per annum for the next 5 years.

● Agreement in principle for a further USD 1 billion - The Agreement includes a provision for QGP to provide the Company with up to a USD $1 billion facility to support future growth initiatives and operational expansion.
