Draw down or leveraging the $200m to optimise revenues would work for me. As it supports Nasdaq listing. I assume for that they may use the AIP for the $1bn. That would give confidence to the market, there is access to addition funds under favourable conditions

@San - what makes you think first payment is not important. Take a step back they haven’t sold their 1.44% provision. Given the first coupon payment and worked with VLRM to launch VGold, what makes you think from all of this it’s a short term quick buck. Remember for them to get out under current conditions it would take 6 years to sell all their holding. They only just invested. So again what would be there motivation to do that?
