Before I leave for a busy afternoon let me clear something up. You and the so not so solid deramper crew have for weeks been calling foul play by QGP. Today if you had read the RNS, they have committed to giving all shares and warrants back if they don't pay the coupon and align with VGold! Think about that before you type again...

@willhi02 - How about being proactive and directly conversing with Gary, rather than posting uninformed posts on here. Feel free to put questions for the Q&A I think some will have similar questions to you. Anyhow, the point I want to stress is, if you have questions and concerns why not email Gary? As long as its not sensitive he can share. He has categorically informed me and A another that QGP shareholding via broker is visible to him, and they haven't sold a dime. So lets be clear and not post assumptive posts on here!

All - Investor call today 5-6pm, for our fellow 'so solid crew' Derampers, ample opportunity today to remain hidden but ask the questions which you feel are prudent to help build confidence in VLRM as an investment. You wanted this opportunity a couple of weeks ago. You have it now.

@Sanboy - Worth joining the investor call later, which I believe will be out via RNS. Maybe a question on why that wasn't an approach and why they felt it was necessary for a split in coupon payment.

@Cimbom - Not going to answer your questions here. You have an investor call coming out ask these probing questions on there. Its for the BoD to answer with regards to the value of the bond etc.

GaG I definitely expect you to listen in and ask probing questions on the call. That seems to be your strength, so why not challenge the BoD without them working out who you are - I mean WOW what an opportunity. San I suspect they will know the value, however, that cannot be disclosed as not all the DD and regulatory work has been done to share in the public domain. Also its a question I will ask but know the answer to (kind of) which is do they need all the cash? I rather not have cash sitting there doing nothing, I would want my cash to do some work if its surplus to current requirements. So investing in VGold supports potential value uplift and also provides confidence to investors that we back our product. I do expect QGP to be part and parcel of the investor call. Line up you questions GaG. LOL

Before GaG and co say look at the SP, let me remind you, like I had to remind your friend Tom W, today VLRM has circa 490m shares in issue, circa 650k shares traded today, so no mass sell off or panic :). Traders brought in hoping for cash, now leaving via the backdoor. Simples LOL

San - VGold value is undergoing due diligence, and all being well our $200m bond which has been a source of constant debate on here, will be converted to VGold Tokens making them more liquid, and making them earn depending on price movement of VGold ofcourse.

Thought I would make an appearance before the doomsday crew say I went into hiding, on what I deem a generally positive RNS. Investor call is being planned, so I expect you all that have expressed so many concerns over the past few weeks to attend and actively challenge the BoD. QGP will make part payment next week and the rest once a DA is signed and VGold is ready to go. The company has not debt so not about to go down under. I rather have cash I don't need invested in Gold, than to sit there and deflate. So after all the correspondence with BoD this morning, I am feeling positive.
