Nice to see some buying for a change albeit at low price levels

I agree no harm asking but expect you’ll get the standard response that the results will be out mid October

It’s obvious that the next announcement will include info of a price sensitive nature do the company will need to balance shareholder interests and operational considerations

It’s only worth them publishing substantive news eg progress on FCA review / significant trading developments and until this happens the shares remain a gamble

I’m holding but nervous that the bid is dropping to the mid 4s but that said had reduced my position so may as well hold

I know there are a lot of bulls of this share on BB citing cash reserves v market cap but always had the impression SP reflects hope value not status quo but like them I’d like to make some money so GLA DYOR

I expect Amigo will be where all the action is this month but I’ll hold until October with reduced SL as already cut north of 6p

GLA I’m not discouraging holders or those topping up other than to remind myself how speculative this share actually is DYOR

I’m hoping others will answer this as my experience of using a broker goes way back to 2005 when I used to have phone contact! The broker was taken over that year and I took a break from buying shares until a few years ago. There’s probably an on line directory of brokers but I don’t know if they are just execution only or offer advice as I think the latter might require clients to have fairly deep pockets.
I used to trade CFDs and I see pop ups saying how the majority of PI lose money on them so unless you really know what you’re doing or have good advice that might be an option to forget

I use advfn but it’s not cheap
Don’t currently have L2 but have seen it in use when I had access to broker who let me watch his screen years ago when I was more actively trading and it’s impressive and after a while gives you a feel which way a share price is trending
Advfn do video illustrating features and it looks useful if you’re a serious trader

That 721,369 share buy yesterday coincidentally shows as a sale today at lower price? Not sure what’s going on here but price does seem at least to be moving in narrow channel so holding on and hoping for news

Agree Caravanboy I’m not in AMGO as got large holding in RDSB hoping for recovery next year and happy to take yield approaching 5% at current SP but a world away from NSF which is at extreme end of my risk range but potentially capable of delivering equal money return In much shorter timescale for fraction of capital outlay GLA Happy weekend

Quite a long piece in Companies & Market section of weekend FT and in Lex on the back page

It certainly puts the company on the map with the mainstream finance community though the comments were somewhat disparaging in the back page article But there are useful facts and figures quoted in both pieces

Reading between the lines the offer by JB implies support to the share price at least temporarily which many on this BB have suggested so it’ll be an interesting few weeks starting Tuesday GLA

Hope value isn’t resumption of trading and access to £200m facility AMGO gripped in a power play by JB currently fuelling speculation in share
Only real plus mover in market seems to be PFG which is much bigger fish that appears to be well managed

I’m holding but did cut position at 6p Missing the early rise yesterday on frustration that share not taking off but hopefully those of you more patient investors will be rewarded by the shares taking off soon. I’m in for the long term now but that said a quick move to 15-20 would probably see me go and look for value elsewhere and a quieter life given this is my most speculative holding by far DYOR GLA

The results were a coin flip in terms of SP move and I called wrong missing a dub 200p but but those are the breaks

It’s good to see solid results move the price while I watch the ramp de ramp shenanigans on NSF and AMGO BB chatter

I’m struggling to find what I’m missing here as a lot of people were calling 10p after the RNS but my reading was that the move to repay the draw on facility was tactical to remove a technical breach and the other payment was a mandated semi annual interest payment on a £285m facility

Surely there are more boxes to tick before the £200m facility can be drawn which will probably involve returning go to a normalcy in lending

I don’t want to pour water on this but looking at PFG price move over past 24 hours shows what happens when there’s real good news

I’m holding for now but if the price drops back below 6p will cut my position having doubled up as this remains speculative and while it offers much more upside if FCA is satisfied the risk of a total loss remains if they aren’t and the cash pile is paid out in compensation or to a greedy IP
