Floor price for raise is 5p nominal share price not far below where the SP is sitting

Converting some of the existing debt to equity could be interesting if HSBC took over finance facility de facto raising their stake and making covenants less onerous

I just have a suspicion that like Microsoft that slightly exceeded expectations and still fell RDSB may too possibly more than a little of any further cautions are given about H2 20 but holding the divi at 16c and yield at 4% will either give support or encourage a bounce back so I’d be a buyer on weakness and anywhere significantly below £12

I think we may find out after Q2 results and dividend declaration

If MSFT is anything to go by even if the results are OK tge share price may fall below current range which has support just below £12

I’m thinking £10.75-£11.00 might be hit briefly and agree I don’t think the shares will recover beyond £14-£15 this year without a vaccine or very effective drug to tackle Covid-19

If the price drops sharply after the results I’ll pick up a few more to average down and then take a 12m view GLA DYOR

I think I’ve realised in past 24 hours this was no longer a get rich quick share so am happy to hold my small block and review the position in 6m
I’m in sub 6p so hopefully limited downside and might buy a few more if offer hit 5p

In past hour the sell v buy difference has halved from 2.8m to 1.4m but m not sure that’s significant
Let’s hope the price starts to pick up as I’m wary of BB hubris but feel there’s something in this share though not sure how the risks will balance out in the uncertain realities of Covid

It does seem share is slow to go up and quick to go down in relation to movement on Brent crude futures and I’ve a bad feeling about the likely response to Q2 as it’s easy to get the feeling the share will fall back below £11.80 support level maybe as low as £10.60-£11.00 in which case I’ll buy a few to try to make a quick buck or average myself down below £13.00 as I think the recovery to anywhere near £17 maybe a year away

Cash was a quarter of that at the year end I think
This is just the effect of continuing collection while not re lending I suspect
Equity is useful for developing the business and I suspect the cash reserves will soon be used as the uptake of new lending surges due to Covid pushing more people towards sub prime, as a hedge against impairment and stress testing the assumptions of keeping within bank covenants

Desperate for RNS but note a recent run of buy trades lifted the bid quite quickly

I definitely believe spreads will widen which will generate profit but impairments will too
NSF needs to raise capital to exploit opportunities as cashflow will be less positive once it rebuilds it’s loan book but 5p is the floor price for a new share issue and as has been pointed out 6.47% is too low a minority stake for HSBC to run with if that issue price were to be struck do RNS will be really useful over the coming days and I’ll continue to sit with my modest buy at 5.83

Think we need an RNS update to clarify who’s buying if not HSBC
I’m not in deep as tend to avoid speculative penny shares but this business has opportunities and seems to be generating cash plus got big institution buying so I’m holding on and looking forward to tomorrow

Think I read elsewhere new raise can’t be below 5p the nominal value of NSF shares which if true might limit the upside until it happens but maybe the opportunity the extra cash would create could sharply accelerate price?

Balance Sheet TNW at 31/12/19 must be many times current market cap - will take a look but recent cash generation must be easily servicing loan commitment which usually makes bankers happy
