Painfully slow. STILL no operator confirmed. STILL looking at alternative finance (even though OWIRAMS is secured subject operator) could see another year passing with no updates to bid or shovels hitting ground. Not convinced we're getting the full story here. As always I hope I'm wrong. 🙏

For me Mitch I would expect that for where we are in terms of building a mine for the fixed cost and size of deposit 400-500 million would be my best case scenario. Worrying slightly at the drop in sp rather than maybe slight raise with people jumping on board for the offer?

For 8p the price paid would break records for buyout price paid for a start up potash company.

I'd be happy not to keep the divi and use as much of that for construction keep debt and royalty lower more dividends when running

Might sound like a stickler here but I would argue financing isn't secured as OWI has only stated it's 'intention' and 'non-binding' term sheet. Has it passed sharia law checks yet? Sound more like a decision in principle. Until a 'binding' agreement is signed this could still fall through IMO. If PC have stated they want to operate it and financing is secured why is it not being built and instead being sold? BOD have waited this long what's another 4 years until mine is built and sell it for much more? Why was there a sell of from LTH after it was announced? Why so so long to get news when it was supposed to be 6 weeks after EPC? More twists ahead i feel. Hope to be wrong as always.

Doesn't matter if it's a sell or pension or SIPP. SP not affected. This mine will be sold for minimum 300 mil just over 6p a share. Or maximum 400-450 million (if more great). Definitely not less than 3p which is £145 million. Not a chance.

If a buyer can de risk finance with their own arrangements and implement it after the sale that will have no impact on what they pay for the company today. They want to pay as cheap as possible and if with our finance package the company is valued at then that is what they will look to pay. Very very high chance that the purchaser can finance purely on loans at a cheaper rate than our package too as they will have substantial collateral. What will be a positive is that the cost to build is fixed.

I hope I'm wrong i really do. I know every company is different in terms of circumstances etc but search Internet for potash start up companies and the example below is the highest paid, similar in size if not bigger 48 years life. Needed on operator. The board with their millions of shares will be multi millionaires. Maybe their goal is not to build a mine but to get it in a position to sell? As always being a share holder I WANT! 30p 40p 50p f**k it even a quid a share, but I believe a 'realistic' price would soften the blow if/when the offer comes. As always GLA.
