May know something we don't, which given the delays and suspicious reasons like "reviewing process" and "Eid" seems more probabl, or could be the turmoil with stocks and Trump tariffs which is having massive impact.
@Zaraah I think you could be correct. Things aren't adding up in wording etc, and EID delay is laughable. We've had massive dilution at bargain prices for existing and new SH rather than fund raising at new increased SP.
You guys are probably right it's just very very frustrating we get to the a massive milestone and the rug is pulled from us. Maybe technicality on wording but when the only piece of communication is poorly worded in terms of generic wording still stating end of March and wording saying "when financing is agreed.." with no new timescale that is just sloppy and shows lack of respect to us shareholders. Now I know why fundraise was completed last week and they didn't wait until after financing a week later when SP would have been higher causing less dilution. Hope the delay is worth it and the debt and royalty demands are not too greedy which I'm now thinking given the delays.
@Cbax That's my point yesterday maybe not articulated in same way but after 5 years of EPC we seem stuck now in financing even though for countless RNS announcements financing was hinted at being all but done in the background now we are on our second delay with an open ended timescale. Maybe 2 weeks or days maybe not nobody knows?
It also says...• Upon receiving the financing proposal for the complete construction of Kola from the Summit Consortium and financing for the construction of Kola additional capital will be required until the commencement of production.
This seems open ended to me no new timelines given?
@Rekash then this is to allow new major investors last chance to grab shares super cheap. Half a billion new shares just to see us until end of year. FFS
@Mitch either it's a delay to end of month financing which is why they are doing raise, or they are letting new share holders get shares very cheap before then inevitable jump next week.
This seems crazy to negotiate shares so cheap when they are bound to jump next week.
About what? Worst case is another delay depending on how long delay is possibly worry? Otherwise just under 2 weeks to wait. 7% is negligible. Maybe worry if gets to 20% or more. But look at trades are people selling tens or hundreds of thousands pounds of shares or just a few grand here and there?
