How much more funds do we need to raise for the EPC work? How many shares in total will that be once completed?

Anyone else think that as Power China want to now operate the mine (appears to be new information) that a buyout is more realistic? It would obviously resolve the EPC issue. Not saying it's a bad thing as long as the price is right. It would give us the capital to progress the smaller DX project too.

@Howardzzz good question. For first time since buying in (back when the EPC was supposed to be signed that summer when there was silence going into October) I am up, only 600 quid but I am thinking of cashing out tomorrow as this price will progressively slide as people realise the deadline will be missed again.

This is a massive project that WILL come to fruition the questions are WHO will build the mine and WHEN?

The deal won't be done by end of Q2 I think we all know that by now. The question is why? An impasse?Can it be resolved, or not?

@Howardzzz I'm thinking same last time it rose like this is when I bought in a few years ago at 1.5p then the tumbled back down after EPC was delayed.

Cnax this is the new temporary SP until the EPC is signed or there is no news confirmation of signing or otherwise from 1/7/24.

Commitment to end of Q2 may be classed as market sensitive so can only be mentioned via RNS? I'm still look towards end of Q2 until an RNS says otherwise or we hit 1st July with no confirmation of signing.

I've been over 2/3 down since buying in when it was at 1.5p a few years ago. This recovery is nothing short of remarkable considering no RNS to cause it.

Should have met officials by now as RNS said early May 2024. Either way signing should be complete by end of June at the latest so a month and a bit to wait. Maybe the rise was inside information from a positive meeting and signing is fast tracked from end of June? Either way as long as it's signed before end of June I'm happy.

When did they revise the EPC signing from end of April to Q2? Last EPC update I was aware of was 9th Feb stating end of April?

They also said it would be signed by end of February so if no RNS confirming signed by end of the month I think it's logical to think once again the EPC is not agreed and since CEO and FCO have both jumped ship I think the writing is on the wall for us.

I jumped ship because I thought the EISA delay was deliberate in order to run down the clock and force eml to sell to OCP. Still think that will happen. I hope I'm wrong. With KP2 the EPC is our issue.

i jumped ship from eml to here and am 2 thirds down from my buy in. if the epc is agreed then will shoot up. if not agreed then game over. **** or bust i believe is the expression.
