I hope you're right and no additional shares are added. I'm optimistic on the blood testing long term. Next 10 years will be massive revenue I invision chips implanted that measure a variety of stats from the blood and relay it to the phone. Already doing this with diabetes (however attached on outside of the skin and too big at the moment) my only concern is that no additional shares are added which will wipe out my meagre 2200 after consolidation.

Will Institutional invester be simply put money and getting a percentage of profits/royalties? Or will they be buying shares. If buying shares are they buying some of the 30 million that's left after the consolidation or worst case in which we are screwed will additional shares be issued?

What's everyone's guess on future plans following consolidation? Either stays as it is indefinitely no future raises (best scenario)
Future equity raise coming and the higher share price means less shares need to be issued and dilution not as bad as only 30 million shares in issue (Nightmare scenario)

From 66k shares to 22k now a poxy 2200. Fair to say fishy and that is been polite. What cost saving/advantage does this bring the company? Additionally what's the chances that the company are doing this as a big equity raise is needed or they are looking to go private?

@Rock200 do you mean SEPCO will build the mine without taking upfront payment and simply be owed the money which will be paid with interest/royalty payments once fully operational? That would be significantly less riskier than failing to generate the massive funds upfront or obtain in tranches.

Has there been any word on who will fund the construction. The RNS says the consortium will submit the financing proposal. Does this mean the consortium are looking to provide finance and the proposal is simply their terms for royalties/interest?

Looking at maybe buying in as looks a steal with mcap at £9million. Noticed EISA fof power plant still hasn't been obtained going back to 2017 any reason why? I realise these things are opened ended with timescales but 5yrs is a long time.

@LT no worries. Just going on website information and what makes sense logically. If there is an issue with funding Kola may need to look at DX first and change strategy?

@LT believer 100% agree. That's why I'm convinced that the financing (despite what RNS says) will be on securing significantly lower DX funds first then go for Kola funding.

Definitely contradictory information on website and RNS.

If we are doing biggest, most expensive project first then dilution is inevitable. Nobody is borrowing 1.5 billion on debt and royalties without an existing cash flow.

@LTbelievier is the £1.5 billion for construction of Kola? If so my understanding is that Kola will be financed once DX is generating funds giving KP2 more leverage with finance discussions as asking for billions with no income stream is significantly harder. My understanding of the financing from EPC is that it will be primarily or solely on DX?
