@stockwatch interesting how as you pointed out summit were not involved. Given the delays was there an attempt to hold us to ransom eith unreasonable demands for hopefully a buyout at discounted price knowing we couldn't accept demands? Very interesting indeed.

That's correct. Once agreed details of royalty/off take and any other details will be published too, although not sure if that is at the same time as acceptance is announced or will follow thereafter?

Buyout would be at top price otherwise why sell if we have finance to build a mine at set cost? Think 50p is more than realistic. Otherwise no point selling. Companies like us with no revenue normally only sell at this stage when forced to ie no money, over runs in cost. No environmental permits etc. We have everything in place post financing news so as a company might as well hold.

@LT what would 500 million be a share 15p? And we still keep DX and Dougou? £2 billion to build plus £500 million. 2.5 billion seems a steal to me....but I am a greedy guts.

I wonder if part of the debt portion will be a mix of bonds and convertable bonds which obviously would cause dilution? Just a thought.
