Couldn't access capital ,can when private ,shares still can be bought /sold(yet to find a price or ease of this) then a relist is the plan..if this happens is another story tho.

it's matching buyers and sellers all be it a reduced rate probably..it's going to be interesting to see what prices and volume is trades.
I feel the deep pocket holders may see this as an opportunity to pick up cheap shares from panicked sellers and profit on a relist..
We still hold stock in the company along with a lot of well heeled investors..there is a plan outlined in the RNS.

They are going to put details on the website..could be 50% discount who knows?.the big holders buy for 15p off of the desperate wait a year relist and sell em at profit..Thanks for the post Gazzleberry.

You could contact your broker in January and see if they can match a buyer for some shares.
We still hold stock in the company just difficult to monetise it at the moment. The company are going to put details on the website at some point.

The FSA wouldn't get us over the line so access to cash wasn't happening..this way we can get the money to grow and we still hold shares in the company all be it private.
Livenlearns snippet from the RNS states there will be a way matched bargain to buy/sell and newsflow will still come.

From memory Dev have access to $30m over 3 years from Riverfront drawdown based on relisting which could be anytime ...fingers crossed. This alongside retaining our Global distribution rights and the Veative acquisition is enough to not just keep us going but grow the business globally at a decent pace. IMO.

Just wondered why the Veative shareholders will control the company when it is Dev acquiring Veative (genuine question)

Basically if the company news eventually after a year of flogging this all around the globe and the hot air it has spouted without letting us know the actual numbers isn't impressive we are doomed.
The MC has to be justified and if the company don't match the results the price is gonna drop..it may do anyway with the frustrated shareholders bailing out, and the bashers will be out in force.

Nothing on my Halifax account yet, just checked corperate actions about the open offer.
