As a listed company it was running out of time for it's agreed 30m but as a private company it can Access funding..the new FD is aware of the communication thing and also the dilution affects everyone invested..Sipp holders and large shareholders right to the top.
The new FD is looking at ways of funding without dilution..but being a shareholder you will know this though..

Wish Slim was as vocal now as he is when things are on the drop.

I think the only way shares can be cancelled is if the company creases to exist..ie liquidates..we still hold stock in the company and as long as it operates we are holders..my opinion and not gospel. There are certain changes though as delisted stocks cant be held in ISA's..The broker is the way to go though..loads of companies have delisted and relisted..but loads haven't also..all IMO and absolutely no financial advice..GLA.

All I can gather is contact your broker and ask for advice. It's poor at the the moment but a lot of people are in the same boat here .
I do know behind the scenes the guys are trying to keep us afloat as many have theirs and their families money here...
I've emailed Veative so any response I'll forward but I do know they are aware of the previous management lack of communication..If we all do a bit maybe we can crack on..

Someone moving from a spread bet to a paid account..so someone didn't own shares making them physical at 30p..So paid the broker and now with their holding..I think but don't take my amateur knowledge for fact!.. a lot of people in the **** at the moment..I'm contacting HL for advice tomorrow.

Boards don't get removed from the website so it shouldn't go anywhere regardless what happens to the share.

I've read the same from people who have had direct contact with him..work is going on and it seems if anyone can make this happen,he along with the long-term heavily involved will do all they can. We are at the mercy of the board and the group close to the company now.. we can hope!

I joined the telegram group a couple of years ago but be happy to prove your holding privately to the admin as it keeps out the non holders causing bother..a previous telegram group had about 400 then down to about 200 when proving a holding..baffles me why anyone would bother.

There is Telegram group been going for a while and Twitter using the Dev hashtag leads to investors and chat.

Spks..I agree with you there. To have money tied up for a year with nothing but positive tweets from the company for comfort then delist is criminal TBF.
I am trying to stay hopeful it can be turned around..if we gain funding and turn the business a relist as stated in the RNS is on the cards. Depending on revs will determine the SP but I would imagine dilution along the way and some close to the business will no doubt pick up some cheap stock..which inevitably will be sold down on a relist..but wtfdik.
