Although we know the ins and outs of Condor my only concern is attracting new investors when there are risk free plays out there..I'm invested here and the percentage of
my portfolio does reflect the risk and timescales at this point. I'd say low 20's is a good entry and there could be a decent upside but it has certainly spooked some investors this week..not too sure the RNS will change a lot of opinions but hopefully on that note I'm wrong and I'd like nothing more than a return to the 30's..GLA

When we do relist we need some actual numbers of revenue, subscriptions. I'm sure the company are aware of this and if the numbers are as good as social media posts regarding increased head count etc have us believe this should underpin the SP ..indeed maybe push us forward all being well.

If the deal goes through do our shares stay as TMOR shares,or Megasteel?
Just trying to understand what happens to our holding in TMOR when 2.5bn shares are issued..
TMOR had 125m in issue (from memory) so do we receive 2.5x our TMOR holding to take up the new 2.5bn shares?

It was hard yesterday had to split just 15k shares over 2 trades..gla.

Haha nah, I'm happy taking these under 30p..it seems to have settled around this level.

The 0.92's are buys ,they're mine...expecting a decent return here..long and my holding is sticky.

ICB888 it's true mate..I loaded up at 22.5..but been here before. I'm happy if news drops tomorrow but also any weakness I'm in. I'm no trader because iv always done better investing long and happy to buy and wait it out. Value down here tho. GL

Seeinred...yep I thought a few more would load up but it didn't take much to take us to this level and my only short term thinking is financing 3-4 months may see us drift. But that said there will be a lot of upside after the financing so I'm more than happy in the current position and maybe many investors are sitting it out now and holding.
We don't have a lot of shares in issue compared to many other listed companies which is a nod towards MC and how he has run the company but I do wonder if money will leave equities this winter to pay for higher bills ,food,Xmas etc..to return next spring?..long term we are good tho IMO.

I'd have bought more down in the low 20's..I'd imagine we are pretty well supported around this level tho..gonna keep my eye on it and if we do see a weakness I'm in for more but also happy buying around these levels to hold long..if we stay here. All good though GLA.

Also from finance to construction 12 months but the company are factoring in a 50% increase to 18months..MCs words and explained the delay in the BFS..never better here.

Can you put your figures forward,if this is pure fantasy what do you base that comment on..I am genuinely interested and tried to write the post without sounding like I was having a go at you.

I guess the board will have to decide whether a cash offer now is going to be better than equity raise/finance and then construction in 18 months.
Everything is in place for the final journey and it's a 50/50 from me which way it will go. Either route though has an SP well north of here. IMO

To optimise CAPEX, the team employed sprung structures for the warehouse, light vehicle maintenance shop and the plant maintenance shops, whilst also to reduce the risk of long lead times for pre-engineered metal buildings and the high cost of steel erected structures.

I think the company are aware of this and addressed it in the BFS..also the clearance is at advanced stage awaiting the mill..time will tell but things are at last certainly moving forward.
Time will tell I guess but it feels like all hands on deck at the moment.
Lets see if we see a rise in volume following MCs presentations over the next 2 weeks now he can include the BFS.

Seeinred, personally welcome all views but where does 36months come from (3 years) you state..I've read

"The plant and Infrastructure were engineered, MTO's developed, equipment was quoted, and contractor unit rates were benchmarked in the Nicaraguan market for compliance with the requirements of a Class III Capital Cost Estimate. Total Construction for the plant and associated infrastructure is estimated at SIXTEEN months."
We know the mill is in Nicaragua, we know the land is being cleared, we know the land for construction is enough to build and operate the mine,the government are onboard,we'll employ 1000 locals....Yes funding must follow but genuinely interested to know where the figure comes from..more than double the time mentioned for plant construction in the BFS. GL.
