At least you got a response....I'm really assessing an exit price now for a percentage of my holdings. There are going to be many undervalued companies over the next 6 to 18 months that actually value and respect shareholders.
I've communicated before with CEOs (nothing market sensitive)..but this lot are another level of ignorant..hay ho hands tied,kept in the dark and no update..patience has left the building along with the Teddy flying out of the pram..lol.

I sent one yesterday dip and have emailed the company before to no avail but we try..a few investors have now done it lets see if has any impact or they go straight into the bin..
Just seen on Bloomberg Bijus have bought a US company for 1bn called 2U for US exposure..our unicorn day will come GLA.

As Dev Clever shares have been suspended six months today, it's been six months since we've received an up to date price, as a result it's unlikely that price is accurate, so it'll show a n/a value unless the share unsuspends, we'd then get an up to date price confirmed to us each day as you get with most other listed shares...

Agree bagzzz, it's very poor how they don't even acknowledge emails, tweets etc..missed timelines, zero new year updates finalising prospectus..? doesn't fill me with confidence tbh...there's going to be a lot of undervalued decent companies when the market does turn. Let's hope investors don't jump ship and move funds elsewhere..yep a pinch of salt with anything the company says. GLA

Yep I'm no mathematician but the 15th is mid June.. really thought we'd have heard something by now..flipping frustrating!

As soon as we get solid numbers on uptake which looking at the recent recruitment is ever growing ,we can get some sort of realistic company valuation which has to be well north of where we are. We were suspended at 30p six months of growth since then so common sense would say we are worth more as a company now..but these markets at the moment don't see a lot of sense..fingers crossed for a positive opening when we do finally start trading again.

Bagzzz I agree but someone screenshot a statement on Telegram which read those figures ending March 2021..and yep next week or 2 may see some news all being well.

Baggzz their revenue was £10m but operating net loss 2021 was £10m. It makes our valuation of 180m very small. If we can draw comparisons I think we are in a stronger position...we still wait for the new year update for meat on the bones. GLA.

They've made Sky News as well.

Can't disagree mate..to post a statement on RNS sayingo updates in the new year and all we have is scratching around for company hires ,LinkedIn etc..the shareholders seem to be way down the list of priorities. I know some might say well what do you want them to say..update the market on India and China as things are definitely happening.

Bagzzz was watching the Boom drop..nervous about putting more money in at the moment tho..sitting and waiting. Sold a property last month thinking property has topped out, and interest rates rising..we'll see..maybe the wrong call tho..Entry levels now who knows..

Yep, Dev have been employing and expanding..(without RNS updates, or India China updates)...anyway..we had a Tweet today so maybe the company is waking up..but if the expansion we've heard about is as good as we think we should open up +..

Baggzzzz, gotta say I agree with your point of some selling when we relist. People having funds tied up for so long added to absolutely no news may spook some Investors. If we had seen a couple of updates just to let us know what developments have been made over the first third of the year it may have helped.
I'm sitting here long and happy adding if we do dip, but what the stockmarket has taught me is expect the unexpected..expect a drop probably get a rise.
I personally would like us to relist soon tho. GLA

Well we've been recruiting in India, and the China news is looming..so should be plenty when we're back up and running.. hopefully not too long now.
