Seeinred we already knew this?..a while ago there was talk of relocating the village but the BFS states
"The La India deposit Mineral Resource as reported considers the current maximum limits for potential extraction. The current operating permits consider a limitation from the current village boundaries"
It could be revisited as it may hold a large resource and if numbers add up and everyone is happy many years down the road we'll see..this is maybe after mining has commenced,it maybe not us it may never happen,it may bring in extra money.
Not sure why you picked this out when there's a very detailed report regarding a ready to go project (awaiting finance which will come)..which the market thought was very positive hence the rise yesterday. GL.

Yep as theirs and other miners resources depleat they're always looking for quality replacements..we have one boxfresh and ready to go..with millions of Oz potential.

On 25 October 2021, the Company announced the results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment and filed on SEDAR a technical report entitled "Condor Gold Technical Report on the La Indian Gold Project, Nicaragua, 2021" detailing average annual production of 150,000 oz of gold over the initial 9 years of production from open pit and underground Mineral Resources and provides an indication of a production target.

The 80k Oz is only the open pit of La India.

Yep makes good reading that..I had $150m in mind for some reason....I'd say the finance will follow pretty sharpish.
Be interesting to see if any offers come in now over the coming weeks/months.

Great posts recently..MC has been banging on about how undervalued we are (he knows)..and I think the market is starting to take note and investors will be taking a position here very soon.
I can't imagine the SP staying under 30p for long and a new trading range soon Purley based on the FS and the finance package which I believe will follow pretty sharpish or as many think swallowed up by a bigger fish.
Interesting times for sure and happy to be part of the story with a sticky holding and plans to add under 30p it looks like a great investment. IMO GLA.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but haven't we already had potential financiers looking at the company and the BFS is what they are waiting for, rather than recieving the BFS then looking for finance I have a feeling it is already ( within reason ) in place..?

How does it go from here?

At some point between the submission of the BFS and the end of 2022, the following events could occur individually or together:

Announcing the signing of heads of terms with a project finance specialist for a potential debt package. Subject to certain other conditions being met (e.g. raising equity to supplement debt), Condor Gold would then be in a position to commence full-scale gold production. Such an announcement would significantly de-risk the company and is likely to result in a re-rating of the stock.

Following such an announcement, or possibly even before, someone would make an offer for the entire company.

I was invested here many years ago when a certain Jibbo used to post..I realised back then I was sucked in too early and while I thought the company was well run,MC was approachable and the resource was A1 I sold at a loss.
I didn't **** the company off, didn't slate MC it was myself who made the decision moved my money elsewhere and made up my loss.
I don't understand why anyone who post after post moans about the company stays invested..even at a loss cut and run. I do believe we are at a tipping point now and at the business end of the project ready for sale or production which has started with land clearing already. Hence why I am scaling in again.
Things that are continuously moaned about are out of MCs hands..maybe he shouldnt put timescales on certain things but at least he communicates with shareholders and does a lot of presentations which I think we take for granted. Many CEOs are never seen or heard,lie in the background creaming shareholders money MC isn't one of these..all IMO.

With the greatest of respect Spks I don't think you are the demographic..maybe think Ronaldo,, Roger Federer..In India he is huge (current head coach of national team) and a role model this is the target market, they worship him and is seen as many people's favourite Indian cricketer.

This gives the brand real credibility, both ways also Rahul happy to be associated with us is a massive coup..as you say Byju sponsor the Indian cricket team for good reason..great stuff. Bagzzz must be feeling more perkier now.

Sorry I meant I wondered if the news will be released when we relist hand in hand..just to underpin the relist share price if needed..sounds very positive and I'm looking forward to seeing the growth unfold.
