Thanks for that Womo. Don't know anything about Tally , is it in the directors, large shareholders interest to relist. As here we have quite a large group of key holders and their families who I would imagine they want this mess sorted. Cheers.

Everyone is very quiet regarding the next news.. something normally leaks out but nothing on Twitter or telegram from what I've seen..
byjus could take the lot for 250m ,give us all 30p per share and done...but back in the real world..

My HL account seems to have the option to Buy couldn't execute a buy though..but selling is not possible..maybe just how they do it with a delisted stock though.

That's all I've seen..Johnson is known to be a bit of a nob and stops and starts his accounts..a bit of a head in the clouds dreamer I think. Alan Duff said similar that there are things going on but we will be the last to know..I'm sure of that!

I'd say closer to 10p with a MC of 70-80m..if we hit revs of £7-8m using the SAAS X 10 valuation..when we did the RTO we already had a business and I don't think the £54.75 includes Devs previous business with Lenovo ,Nisa ,LMC etc. I may be wrong though.
It is a nightmare and I know we all await news.

Yep the secondary market will give an indication to how successful the fund raising is going and those in the know will take them off distressed sellers for less than where we delisted.. it depends on the appetite for the stock ...if any. Time will tell..sell for a big discount if possible or big boy pants on and ride it out for relist..blimey should've asked for a crystal ball off of Santa.

All you have to do is message HL from your account and ask them to transfer from ISA to Fund and share account..it's easy to do. If you don't have a fund and share account you can set one up online with a quid in 2 mins.

I've transferred my ISA holding into a fund and share account as delisted stocks cant be held in ISA'S..regarding selling I believe the company Will release an RNS before delisting..but if they bother or not is another thing.

It wasn't an AIM listed company..with it being main market listing and the positive tweets and yes ramped by some large shareholders it looked good. Also comparing to other SAAS Edtech company's we looked to be onto a winner.
The global growth and uptake all seemed positive...if we have been shafted the social media accounts Veative,LMS,DEV Clever will be trolled..believe me..

Olives if you were buying now how much would you pay?.. nobody knows that. It will be interesting to see if there are some large trades go through when they can be traded and the appetite for them.
