I wish that I knew. I would imagine that once the deal is rubber stamped and the shares re-listed there will be a period of panic and uncertainty as PIs offload. Logically, (and logic has little to do with share trading) I think this should be good for NVR and I intend to hold in the long term.

Anyone care to speculate what this may do to the SP once the shares are re-listed?

Hopefully we should hear some further news regarding the takeover by the end of next week. After that the shares should recommence trading sometime in January.

That was no sell of 3000 at 13:56 that was my buy. Results due out in 3 weeks and expected to be worth waiting for.

Can anyone advise please what the current SP would be equivalent to the pre RI SP or what the formula is to calculate this?

I have over 900 of these and I believe that the interims will be very good. They revised their estimates upwards in July so that may be factored in somewhat. Analysts are more interested in what their views are for Qs 3&4. If they are positive then I think we can expect a nice rise at opening on Wednesday and upwards thereafter, 1900+?.
