Wouldn't have thought there was any difference with an ISA. Be interesting to hear their answer. Maybe they'll cancel the trade for you. Computers do funny things sometimes.
You're right. I was watching the live price very closely from 8 this morning and although there was a dip fiirst thing it wasn't that low. Are you sure that you didn't mistype 493? Check what time they sold but I don't think the pre 8am price would have gone that low either.
Got in around the same time as you. Auction (?), it went down to 476 and got it on the bounce. Fingers crossed but I think (and hope) everyone who's going has gone now. Waiting with interest for RI announcement but if it goes much lower than 480 it would be a give away.
Can anyone offer up any BAD news on this share? (Apart from the Toyota business that really should have had a minimal negative effect on INCH). Everything in their pre close trading statement was upbeat and predicting good results wasn't it? I just find it difficult to believe the current SP has this already factored in judging by past performance.
There's certainly a hell of a lot of interest in this one now judging by the buys coming thru. I think we'll see a lot of profit taking in the build up to the results om Mar 10 due to the low price this reached over the Toyota affair. Wholely unfair to have knocked this over Toyota as only 7 of their 145 franchises are Toyota.
The spread's so tight on this one that it is difficult to distinguish between buys and sells. Whatever, the price rose throughout the day so it didn't have any adverse effect. For a 10m trade it surely must have been an II so expect a RNS early next week to confirm?
You got good advice then. INCH's pre clsoe trading update on Dec 17 said that they expected to beat 2009 targets for the full year. The SP was hit more than others in the Jan/early Feb slump even on that good news so it's no wonder that it is currently outperforming the FTSE on its own. I have two others like this, MWA and HAWK, both of which got hit in the same way on the back of good news. Not wishing my life away but roll on the next few weeks.
Cheers!? I think!
I prefer prolonged and steady gains rather than quick hit and run spikes. I think there's still a couple of pence here to play with to get in before the results. GL.
I've got the wife's entire ISA allowance in here. She keeps asking how her INCH is. I get confused sometimes. If I could have gotten hold of my son's savings I would have.
You're right. It's been a good week for this SP with much further to go. However, at 32p I'll be out and happy pre results. I won't risk a 5k profit for the sake of maybe another 500 quid.
