AOU currently down from the 10c we paid for a bundle to .074 ....... 25% down
MMS currently down from the 5c we paid for 15M warrants to .4 .... 20% down
CLY shares gifted as compensation for the Leogang farce still @ 5c currently

LoL.... nice try Mrs B ... you will remember just as clearly as I do the 'how many' chess moves now to Check mate David ... 2 was often the answer as I recall & then Secker turned up & as far as I can make out - threw DL's chess game out the window started looking after BCN first & foremost leaving Laughing boy out in the cold so he threw his toys about & scuttled off AIM .... he's poisonous as far as I'm concerned & turned his back on his AIM Co's & PI's without a care or concern as to the impact on said Co's or PI's that put any faith & trust in him .... I will never forget or forgive that ..... he's a pathetic shadow of how I once viewed him, weak, dangerous & untrustworthy...

Oh dear Indeed... so Lenigas doesn't have,any influence here huh.... not only does the majority (if not all this) this BoD have a long history with him in REM & other Co's ... Kiran has stated publicly that as a company we have (or at least) had a relationship with him as an advisor & 'Friend' ... he sits on the board of AOU, CLY & MMS....

Totally independent .... really? If so the current dire position is wholly Kiran & Co's fault if you accept Lenigas is partially responsible (as I do) running off after his 'Chess game' blew up in his face & leaving Kiran between a rock & a hard place as to how to recover the mess he left behind (which he has done poorly as far as I'm concerned) - then they all carry & share the responsibility for the current poor position.& uncertainty....

To hang onto 0.2 on the bid.... another milestone low during Kiran's tenure...

I think my thoughts on the funding years ago is clear enough for everyone to know I did not approve at the time & certainly haven't seen anything to change that - in fact it was significantly more damaging in my view than I ever contemplated in could be at the time....

Degsie... I hear what you're saying but unfortunately the assets you talk about are at least a year or two (or more) being Sonora & look what that's achieved for KDNC... I like you believe that EMH will get sorted in a good way ... what benefit that will be remains to be seen &/or whether we've sold part/all of our direct holding(s) to keep ourselves afloat, pay off debt &/or fund San Luis.... monies git to come from somewhere & the out-going part is on the Horizon with the incoming still just dream or years away at best... or do you think/know otherwise?

Best thing that could happen for us is for the Sonora JV to get bought out for plenty millions &/or demand to force earlier development than the current plan(s) - get to a penny - I'll probably be gone (depending on the reason) & the board can live in peace without me.. :-)

..... giving us the finger !! LoL :-)

My bigger concern is the funding of this exploration on licence issuance, coupled with the CLN monthly repayments currently, the $3.9M CLN due for payment in September, the salaries & monthly running costs - whilst our direct holdings are falling in value....

Can't see a solution other than selling assets cheap or another fundraise with potentially yet another painful renegotiation of the remaining value of that farcical CLN.

Have to say I'm more than a little concerned at the approaching debt & dilution) timelines (CLN, more potential debt & dilution if this Argentine licence ever gets issued) & have contemplated a Hari-Kari with my own entire holding which I reckon might push this sub .2 ... maybe I could buy back cheaper .... knowing my luck though it'll be minutes/hours before we sell our Sonora stake for plenty millions & I'll be considering a Hari Kari on myself instead LoL.... this BoD & the previous BoD member (& I use that word intentionally!) have a lot to answer for &/or make up in my opinion.

Obviously being an 'Armchair' CEO as some would like to refer to me I don't know my a r s e from my elbow so I'll just have to rely on what I see in front of me rather than blindly singing songs of sixpence & fortune at what an excellent game the BoD have lined up for the future (2.18 soon eh!!) ...oh wait on is that a 4 year decline in the SP & a 3/4 fold increase in the SCAP .... where is Obs the great challenger & champion over negativity - are you wounded.... have you left the arena to regroup or just plain given up... was that our 4.9 M sell?
