As part settlement of broking fees, Edenville has granted Optiva Securities 12,500,000 warrants over the Company's ordinary shares (the "Broker Warrants"). The Broker Warrants have an exercise price of 0.8p and may be exercised at any time over the next 18 months.

From FEB 17 .... hmmm various scenarios running through my mind....

Not sure it's necessarily an oopps or a bad thing ... although clearly not the planned outcome....I would imagine uncertainty over the final price was depressing the current SP of BCN so we may see a small recovery in it today (after an initial dip perhaps) - God knows what it'll do here though (gulp)....

Think it's probably a good thing to get the whole thing more advanced with current unsecured financing & then look at it again...... if there is a buyer/TO in the offing the doors just been opened in my opinion.

Let's see some of the more disappointing RNS's at first view have the opposite effect you'd expect once digested.

I don't think getting it out of the ground is the issue.... it's getting it out in a condition or making it into a condition viable to use/sell is my take on the biggest issue they potentially have.... but maybe that's just me :-)

Indeed - good strong start.... maybe the outgoing broker was holding us down ... let's see how the day ends ... but for now it's looking OK :-)

I would doubt it's II's coming in there was no vote to provide authority to issue shares & no vote to waive pre-emptive rights..... interesting turn of events nonetheless .... see what it does (if anything) to the SP ...

Oh I don't doubt one, other or both could involve KDNC - from what I can see & guess all Lenigas has to do is whistle & the Minigases come panting & pandering:

Just a game in my view ... they all seem to act at 'arms length' in 'concert' as far as I can make out.... think our TO fiasco is just bad history now.... but wouldn't be surprised if any BCN broker rating or statement for the time being will simply play into the hands of those who will benefit most & that's unlikely to be PI's
