I think the NOMAD's probably correct in that there isn't a need to RNS outlining the reasons for the SP decline.... it's patiently obvious in the previous RNS's isn't it? Over promised & under delivered followed by a desperate low ball placing to keep the lights on & try to recover ... that's clear from reading the last several RNS's in my opinion. & who knows the NOMAD may feel they were mislead as well so what could they say..... Many holding thinking the earth was about to move for them & riches were just a coal contract away have sold up & left in droves. Having said that with some really positive news this could 4 or 5 bag ... so I'll be holding to the bitter end ... just wish I'd had a crystal ball when I put another GBP5k in at .66 'averaging down'!!! based on them already produxing 10kT a month of coal ....sucker me for trusting the BoD of an AIM co eh!! ... :-(

On the current trades I can see the ask looks a bit overcooked....

On Friday that I would attribute to the director purchases under the DDPP .... let's see...

.....if they'd said the majority of funds would be used for general and/or administrative expenses I might consider it could be linked to the CTPP - however having 'inferred' the plant was operating @ 10kT per month then actually 'stating' it was 4kT per month in the placing RNS and additionally that the 'majority' of the funds raised would be to increase this .... only to then announce it was actually to pay off Synohydro or somehow connected to that would risk them being taken to task by the authorities over misleading information & interfering with the market..... Do you think if they'd announced they were paying off Synohydro (from a non legally binding MOU) that the share price would be where it is today when that fact alone would necessarily require that another party wanted to access/use the BFS .... I reckon the share price would have risen considerably on the prospect of that ..... because it would've meant pushing Synohydro aside from someone else potentially before the end of the agreed term ......I certainly would have bought more if they were to announce that now there's a lot of investors who've sold on the news announced & the FCA waiting for them....

Indeed ... I've been watching BEM for years ... in fact it's about the only share I can say I've not lost on & made a bit bought in a couple of times when low (like now) & sold once it's risen 30% or 40% - this fiasco with Kallak is currently making me think twice though at the moment.... reckon you're right about a decision after the elections ... however I also have a concern that a change of government might just provide the opportunity for them to kick it back into the long grass rather than finally making a decision which could still go either way possibly even if there is no change..... what a conundrum :-))

Yes indeed me on the other hand would prefer they sit on their hands with a peppercorn salary for just keeping the lights on unable to do anything nor cause any more damage other than wait for the Sonora JV(s) to be exploited or sold ... it surely doesn't go unnoticed that every Twitter post by Cadence or Laughing boy is peppered with vitriolic responses or expressions of loss, abandonment & distrust ...

Geez OBS so around .4 per share but probably less..... I seem to remember Kiran saying it was worth 4p (subsequently downgraded) now you're suggesting .4 or less..... so the value of Yangi like the share price is faced with a 10 fold reduction in value from their highs & posters wonder why people have had or have got, a poor view or a bit of downer currently ... roll on Argentina Kirans last chance saloon in my opinion....
