I'd check in with Degsie or Obs - I'm sure they'll find something positive in it....LoL.

To be fair there are a number of Co's suspended due late accounts so expect it to be lifted as soon as they produce them... then they should be OK for a while of course because they'll have our funds coming in to help pay the bills...

Good news as far as I'm concerned .... just says to me they weren't confident 4&5 would get passed anyway...

On Monday a company starts that comprises of 100 shares all owned by one person let's say Dallas .... he then sells them all to someone else (at a profit of course) on Tuesday let's say me as I think I can make money on them.... on Wednesday I can't sell them on Thursday though I sell them (at a profit of course) to someone lets say Simon ... on Friday Simon panics at a deemed mistake & sells at a massive loss back to Dallas.... so where are we now:

1) Dallas has his company of 100 shares back plus a margin on his sale to me.
2) Simons lost money & disgruntled.
3) A company comprising of 100 shares has been traded to a total volume of 300 shares traded in a week......

.....what is your point?

too much volume WTF are you on.... you been over indulging in the illegal version of Lenigases latest fling !! Other than yesterday (understandably) the volumes been next to non-existant ~ .1% on many days ...have another go on another tack...

Let me help... most, if not all, of them have got links to Lenigas..want to know What's next just follow his next faddy, pumping or other mining association... but then according to some he holds no influence here with his minigases ... PMSL

@ Dallas - most of my accountant friends can find ways of playing with numbers that can make any ridiculous situation look good on paper.

@ Mrs B ... hope you're right....... although:

a) selling our BCN direct holding at anywhere near the current SP would not sit well with me after the way the last one was financially positioned as far as I'm concerned.

b) I don't trust Kiran anymore than Lenigas ... at least Lenigas knows what he's doing though.

Oh & some of it y agencies outside anyone's control - such as the Czech government.

Utter tosh as far as I'm concerned....... the price has simply drifted down by a combination of events ... some of them related to (what I consider) poor decisions by our own BoD, some of them to decisions made by the holders of our assets & some of it due to the impatience & manipulation of share holders & people with money.

All the 'sells' have not been 'sells' anyway as has been said so many times the colours of trades & the buckets they get put in can mean little when considering what it was ... TC's sub .2 buy the other where he got accused of selling because it was red is a prime example.

Will there be a placing .... Yes quite possibly unless we sell something ... there are significant outgoings on the horizon to cover ... has it been forward sold for a year ... load of bull & either a malicious or ignorant comment in my opinion.

Welcome back Obs.... on a day of over 170M shares traded (over 2% of Co) & 160 posts ... took me back a few years.

Hey Troaj how're you doing bud.... indeed for any who had the money & minerals to buy at .2 over the last day or so it's not a bad 24/48 hr return .... not me though I'm holding onto this like I did ORE through thin & thinner!! ... bet the Hulkster looks great in his new undies though LoL - trust all is good with you..... :-)

Not quite ... kinda makes me think of a sinking ship helping keep & potentially rescuing a sinking ship..... we're taking on more water (debt) whilst pumping their bulges (providing finance) .... they may well sail off into the distance whilst we eventually go under

I'd be interested to know just how many shares you think this 'seller' has you've been saying it's been dragging us down for some time now..... I'm not aware of any holder with that amount of shares... please explain who you think this seller might be?

The remaining repayment of the monthly CLN payback
The $3.9M due under the lump sum of the CLN payable in Sep
The costs of exploring San Luis
Add now the first $1.5M
Salaries & fees
Other overheads & costs

...... we're being played & the BoD have played right into the players pulling the strings.... the money knows we're going to need money soon ... hopefully BCN will rise significantly soon so we can sell our remaining direct holding rather than having to raise at this pathetic level.....

You're we doing now Kiran... having announced to the world in the first webinar (I think) that we were overvalued/trading above NAV at the time ... where are now eh memory?? Pleased with your achievements so far?

Poor management as far as I'm concerned Mr James .... pure & simple... too much debt & too much dilution ... straight out of the Lenigas 'you can't build a company out of bottletops' playbook .... unfortunately the follow up title was simple ways you can f... up a company with good prospects & shaft it's PI's with debt & dilution.

Just my take on it though.... doesn't matter what they do now the 'potential' here is a fraction of what it was in my opinion....
