Currently .... as it was down all day yesterday I wonder if anyone who uses it trade was able to do so ... how hacked off would I be if I couldn't trade when I needed / wanted to!!

Hmmmm 1.4 target for me.... however think I might as well put a sell order on at that as I'll just be happy to get my original stake back after all these years

I wonder if anyone who uses this platform to buy/sell shares was able to do so yesterday at all as it was down all day... there might be some miffed about not being able to trade either way ... :-/

Whilst the news yesterday was probably the best (& accurate) we've had for a long time ... I'm not losing sight of the fact they've abused their ability to issue shares so my voting remains FOR resolution 4 so they can raise cash if necessary but more so than ever AGAINST resolution 5 if they do a raise now more than before I want the option of taking part ... this RNS could just be the start of good news...

It's between 350% but closer to 400% to rise to 1p from here depending on where you start from .2 you need 4 more to make 1 so 400%… but that's an irrelevance. My angst & disappointment stems from where that target is now from what I consider to be the poor decisions & unnecessary actions of this current & prior BoD.... much of it post the successful drilling at Sonora.... you heap praise on them based on your thoughts & opinions ..... that's fine & I don't have problem with that because it's how you feel.... I feel different based on my assessments a 90% fall in the SP albeit probably from an unrealistic start point, a 90% reduction in my target price 10p being extremely modest and a pittance compared to some being bandied about 4 years ago, unnecessary debt, a probable 3 If not 4 fold increase in the SCAP, misleading reporting around numbers (again my opinion) .. we are overstretched with significant expense on the horizon our direct holdings are not doing well at this time & our JV's have been pushed into the long grass currently...... my thoughts & opinions .....take me to task over them by all means ....with reasoned debate & argument you'll get a reasonable response .... just take swipes & jibes with no content & the responses will be in kind.

You're absolutely correct that day 'hopefully' will come if the BoD don't destroy the company through debt & dilution first .....the renegotiated CLN repayment farce is due again soon - wonder what they'll do this time..... $3.9M due for repayment Sep AND they've also been having to pay off the $2.55M +10% monthly since Jan....hmmm GB2M in the bank at the end of last year lots of salary & expenses since also .... what's next is going to happen a lot of years before anything is produced from any of the JV(s) we have a share in so it's either more dilution to push the $3.9M out another year or we're going to need to sell some of our direct holdings to pay.... oh of course & then the dilution & additional costs for this Argentine project if,as or when the licences are issued that needs funding too.... tell me again when we're they exploiting Sonora JV1 or our JV areas in Yangi.... or when will EMH rocket on mining (who are a year or two behind BCN) ... I think I've said before over stretched & over exposed .. but you keep cracking on about the fab job they're doing & adding to you filter list. Where's Obs when your looking for a real debate....

Lord I hope hope so that's 3 times my expectations over the next 4 years.... LoL

... indeed I do have a view of the BoD .... they are out of their depth & flapping out like stranded fish trying in vain to achieve something from the mess Lenigas left in his wake & failing miserably through poor decision making & supported by not insignificant dilution... you got evidence to the contrary because the chart for the last 4 years is like looking at a Ski jump without a take off lip.... I will not be at the AGM .... I'm not spending 2 days travelling & an overnight stay to listen to Kiran's bumbling through another meeting telling everyone how great the electric & lithium future looks whilst him & the other Minigases are weaving a web of pitfalls & disaster for a company that was once in a significantly better & stronger position to exploit it than they are now under their current stewardship. I have stated the above in writing & asked some questions specifically relating to this in the last webinar which were for the most part either ignored totally in the questions asked or poorly addressed in my opinion (I'm thinking possibly reviewed &/or vetted in advance which I guess is likely) but fear not I would have no problem saying it face to face either with you, Kiran or anyone else. Also for the record the petition is not mine, nor have I signed it as I don't think it'll achieve anything, however it amuses me to see it grow & remind others of its existence. I've been in this share since 2012 whereas you've only relatively recently joined so I'll say & post what I like & feel fit ... there is still a potential good upside here as far as I'm concerned but I peg that at 1p now (from 10p 4 years ago) & as far as I'm concerned this 2.18 just because that's the directors optimal reward price is utter pie in the sky but keeps some beating the drum... HOWEVER if the BoD don't start reversing their abysmal record & performance so far this company along with mine & your money could be worth zip if they get enough time.. whilst BCN, EMH & HAS flourish. My thoughts my opinions ... Don't like them I could give two ....

... LoL.... oh I won't let it be forgotten.... I still think we need a viable alternative to KM & though ..... preferably one with no positive links, ties or prior indicators of amity to Lenigas ... I wonder if Seckers doing anything of any great import currently ...:-))

I can't think of many (or even any) that are likely to be in any sort of profit overall here let alone 30% ……… including those currently 'positive' posters who think that some other posters are overly negative...... .... & he needs 12k of that for monthly purchases under the DDPP poor soul must be on bread & water at home .... oh hang on a mo luckily they can squeeze a few Bob out in consultation fees to help butter & JAM the bread... :-))

The 'consultation' fees also potentially reduces what might be considered a certain percentage of their 'salary' when assessing qualification for satisfaction of share option/rewards schemes eh!!

Ah Frankie.... as you know this was one of the most vibrant & positive chat boards you could hope to engage in .... desolation abounds all round us now.... this board mainly consists of negative posting of which I can hold my hand up for on more than one occasion .... some of that posting however by nothing better than scum which I politely excuse myself & stand aside from ... but then I guess the latter might not be everyone's thoughts on the matter :-) LoL but what do I care.... This board & the SP are mere shadows of what they once were & there's only one place to point the finger of responsibility for that .... the current & prior Board members .... one good move followed by cataclysmic dilution & poor decisions ... but then maybe that's just me....

Of course just sell 24 shares more than those required to cover the cost of your trade fees & you will have 5p.... as to seeing 5p per share ... forget it would be my advice .. the BoD have diluted that possibility into impossibility in my opinion & won't happen unless there's a consolidation & if that should happen I'm outta here with whatever value I can manage to get.

Our MCAP was between 60 & 70 Million Sterling Earth credits for a period however that was also in a period before Lenigas & his Minigases diluted us from 3bn shares in issue to 8bn with potentially more significant dilution in the pipeline.

Hi Frankie & good morning to you too.... your buy at .217 proves the point that the colours & bucket trades appear in are often misleading.... The original ARG deal as announced was a combination of cash payments & share volumes representing additional monetary values - what they obviously didn't do was lock the shares to the SP at the time.... which to me is a shame.... clearly they might have hoped (as we do daily) that the SP might rise instead of fall & maybe for a change reduce the number of shares issued & reduce dilution however as usual their considerations & plans do nothing but increase dilution.... at the time like you I said they should leave doing something like this until the SP was in a better position. But hey ho.... I can think of one at least one person who will be praising, happy & heaping praise on the BoD for the progress .... now about those licences so we can actually take a greater holding & without which the costs incurred so far mean squat for us.
