I was in the process of putting a buy order in at under 4p & got sidetracked responding to Struv & Kluck - that'll teach me 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

@ Kluck I don't do predictions as some may remember but you asked me what I 'hope' for and that very much depends on the what next, what I hope for won't happen what I'd accept is very much less, I could walk away dissatisfied but OK @ 10p if someone offered to buy us out for 15p a share I could easily be swayed to accept @ 20p I'd happily accept ... anything over I'd snatch their arm off ... however depending on news & the forward plans I could be persuaded to hold some/all if future benefits were absolutely nailed on & guaranteed ... it's a moving target as it were.

No idea where you got that from or why you think/believe that to be the case but whatever... personally I'm hoping & got my fingers crossed that they're just waiting for the placing shares to settle tomorrow & then we'll get news - maybe & hopefully Friday or Monday 🤞🏼... either way I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend PMSL 🤣

...indeed Jimb ... if you trust AI (& in this case I do) it would appear all related parties are well placed & ready to move forward PENDING the completion of the elements that would pave the way for the resubmission of licences & permits ...

I've been a very critical voice on here for some time (& rightly so for the most part IMO) however with both Sonora & Amapa we have (or had in regard to Sonora) hope as they are (or were in the case of Sonora) excellent opportunities, the rest of it not so much. I do not blame our BoD for Sonora the outcome there was way beyond our control & took too long by Secker & Co .... if it had already been operational the outcome could have been different & who knows what the outcome of our joint protests might be, I just don't think, unless something unexpected now occurs, I want to wait for probably 3 more years (minimum IMO) to find out which leaves Amapa, which we've done well to get involved in to the level & extent we have so much Kudos to the BoD for that & despite the significant delays & dilution there's still the chance of a very decent return on it.

Personally I just hope that return is large & soon which could be by way (fingers crossed & hopefully) via a sale by a party who might already have a interest via Azteca & other obstacles like permits & licences have a clear pathway now.

Just my opinions which some do & some don't agree with, whatever the case it matters not to me & I will hold the views & opinions I do expressing when & how I wish.

.... blame lies where it lies, I agree & IMO the lack of funds to complete the tasks required, due to poor investments, decisions & returns over the last 12 years has done little but promote delays & dilution ... for Amapa (which hopefully will provide my exit points sooner rather than later) compliance with the application requirements is a must prior to licence submission ... the authorities can't grant licenses if there's no compliance with the stated requirements, surveys or application submitted essentially because an AIM minnow is broke on the back of 12 plus years of poor business & returns ... Amapa will hopefully will be a turning point & get done just ASAP ... preferably for me with a sale just as soon as.

...they're probably getting just as fed up with the length of time it's taking, remember the 2021 back to fully operational commentary within the initial announcements & the licences by the end of last year blah blah blah - delays delays delays dilution dilution dilution ... get the surveys done & the licence/permit applications in ASAP - it's waiting on us/Indo/Dev to do what needs to get done in the right way to get it rubber stamped .... sooner the better...or alternatively (& preferably IMO & for me) sell the whole kit & caboodle to someone who's got the pockets & know how to progress it quickly & efficiently..

... the problem with the placing IMO is that there will have been traders with deep pockets who just bought a handful of shares so that they could apply for large quantities of the placing shares at 3p meaning that they still got their 20% of their application which could easily have been at many multiples of many here simply because of the amount they applied for ....

....not to be confused with the initial mine plan which was to primarily use feed from LV with a small contribution from El Sauz in the later years ... after that (10+ years down the road) the wider JV' areas would come into play ....

Certainly looks like it ... I suspect we'll see some large delayed sells on Monday ... maybe someone knows something we don't know yet, seems an odd time to sell when such good news is supposedly on the horizon !!!

....my original post on this thread was taken from Ganfeng's interims dated 30.Sep & posted up on their home page today .... the main difference from what I can assess is that they seem to be talking about the uncertainty over the amount of compensation rather than the uncertainty over whether they will even get any ... maybe that's just my interpretation though 🤷🏼‍♂️

...we shouldn't forget this is KDNC ... was it specified that it would be Oct '25 !!! remember the mine was originally suggested to be up running & 'fully operational' in 2021 that was a consolidation & 4 fold dilution ago!! 😂

Updates on Sonora Project in Mexico:

During the Reporting Period, the Secretary General of ICSID has registered the arbitration, and the tribunal was formally constituted in January 2025. In April 2025, the Claimants submitted their memorial on the merits, witness statements and expert reports to the ICSID tribunal. In the ICSID arbitration, Claimants are asking the tribunal to order Mexico to fully repair the effects of its treaty violations in the form of: (i) the restitution of the concessions and associated rights to develop the Project in Mexico, as well as compensation for the Project’s delays; or (ii) compensation for the entire fair market value of the Project. In July 2025, the Company’s subsidiaries in Mexico withdrew the constitutional and administrative lawsuits filed in Mexico. The withdrawal of these proceedings in Mexico coincides with Claimants’ pursuit of the restitution remedy in the ongoing ICSID arbitration and will not cause a significant adverse impact to the Company and its subsidiaries. The final decision of arbitration has not yet been issued. There is uncertainty in the amount of compensation. The final compensation amount shall be subject to the decision of arbitration. The Board will actively pay attention to the progress of the matter and fulfil its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner.

... comes down to trust, creditability & belief of which there's not a lot around on AIM shares these days - especially those that have historically underperformed & failed to deliver on time.
