Some chunky delayed sells popping up ... there's always going to be a bit of a retrace amongst a rise as people take profits ... overall direction of travel seems to be positive ... the higher the SP hopefully the less the dilution ... just waiting to see how much of a discount they offer!! arguably with the position we're now in it shouldn't need to be so much as previous ones as the rewards should be more certain .... wait & see ...

After all I've just voted for the resolution to dis-apply 🤷🏼‍♂️

Doubt it's Evergreen MrsB - their focus has shifted significantly to Gold & our interests are pretty much tied in to them advancing the Lithium projects which I don't think they're doing too much with (I also reckon we've sold down our initial holding now) .... but who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️

...nope keep up ... they can't get the licence until they've completed & submitted the required surveys & they can't do the surveys until they've got the finance .... this is just the pre vote & pre raise movement ....

.... decision made ... I can't bring myself to vote for the authority to dis-apply as it just gnaws at me .... but I want it to move forward quickly so I'll just abstain from voting at all & take whatever that brings - that'll save needing 3 x my holding to counter & if it still gets voted down it would've happened anyway ... c'est la vie 🤷🏼‍♂️

@165Zephyr ... The BoD have said a lot of things in the past how much of that has been proven accurate over the years & meant anything for PI's other than dilution & erosion ??

... I don't think our BoD could give 2 hoots about what us PI's think or any message we might be able to send through our voting - otherwise they wouldn't simply have asked again for 'EXACTLY' the same as had already been voted so heavily against - they preferred to withdraw the resolution rather than publish how heavily voted against it was & it would've been considerably more so than resolution 4!!!

Still pondering .....

..... sooo conflicted at the moment - I so want to vote AGAINST the resolution to disapply which would take quite a few millions of shares to offset & in the hope the wait for them to come up with a more satisfactory offering to us directly is forthcoming sooner rather than later .... but I also want this to move forward quickly - do I trust our BoD to act in our (PI's) best interests - absolutely not ... do I trust them to act in their own best interests - absolutely I do, which could be simply by stringing out the milking, dilution & blood letting for another several years .... what will the placing price be - why is our contribution requirement unknown at this point ... questions questions & doubts created by over a decade of disappointment & failure to deliver anything of any value to PI's ... I could just sit on my hands but think I must vote against simply due to the lack of trust that we'll be rewarded better by voting for

...the other way of looking at it for me currently is that if it's voted through I'll get cheap shares when it probably falls to or close to the placing price (the last 3 or 4 have been heavily discounted) alternatively if it fails I'll still have the opportunity to take part (if I want to) in any raise that follows .... hmmm what a predicament 🤔

... shame there's not a real time counter showing the for's & against's ... that be quite an interesting watch 😀

.... so prior to this 'funding' announcement Azteca required $3.5M which Kiran said would be fully funded by an offtaker ...

... why then is $4.6M suddenly not enough & why do we now need to supply an additional 10-15% - what's changed??? Perhaps if we knew it might change views!!!! & this goes to one of the big problems with our BoD for me the constant movement of goalposts, time-frames, costs etc etc & all the time at the expense of PI's whilst partakers in fund raises & lenders have milked us further, ably assisted essentially by ourselves via provision of the BoD's unrestricted ability to raise year after year .... as a fairly large shareholder himself maybe Kiran secretly wants us to vote it down but can't say 🤣😂🤣

Engage with the BoD ... is that in the same way as they engaged with us as they said they would ... by simply asking again without any engagement at all??? ... As for a delay I've been waiting for 13 years already & have experienced a large number of delays on various projects (including Amapa) many of which have resulted in losses, write off's or failure - so quite prepared for a further delay - after all what's another year, an underwriter would possibly be given privileged information so what would that say if they can't get a raise underwritten??? ..... what does that say about its prospects .... I'm absolutely desperate for the SP to rise to a point I'm comfortable exiting entirely at but am not happy to with them simply reasking to disapply rights for £1M nominal when that is multiples of what they actually require at this time.... as also stated it also seems a bit flaky to me at this juncture saying that our contribution will be 10-15% because if they're signing a definitive agreement imminently that should also be a defined contribution at this point IMO.

Each to their own EV - you vote in accordance with your views but also note that if it's voted through a raise will likely quickly follow before signing the agreement (as indicated in the comment around us not being able to contribute to the prepay will cause delays) & at a significant discount - also I'm still curious around how & why the Azteca restart costs have risen from $3.5M to over $5M without explanation ....

... oooh EV you're sound a little distraught ... are you saying that you're NOT prepared to take part in any share offer/rights issue - what does say about your view on success & recent strong buy position??? 😂

...if you get sufficient shareholders on board ...however you can count me out on that at this juncture - I'd just like to see a less dilutive path or the option to participate by right still with less dilution ....remembering we still have at least Oct & Nov loan repayments to make as well as overheads - this is where they've brought us too - welcome to Amapa - the last stop on the line ... IMO 😂

Voting closes on the 23rd with my broker so check with your own brokers what their cut off dates are ....
