@EV ... Personally I don't think this'll get back down too close to 3p now .... all the worst news should be out now if the assays are OK & the definitive agreement is signed ..... the worst thing that could happen now is if they invest in another adventure unrelated to Amapa ....

..from the way it's worded it looks to me like any shareholder with any number of shares can apply for any amount subject to £100 minimum which would be subject to reduction if oversubscribed ... haven't checked with my broker yet though

... typical ... they can't even reward shareholders based on the size of their holdings, I assume this way is cheaper rather than just to spite!!!

It'll be based on the date of the offer, 'eligible shareholders' ... & from there they can determine whether it's your allocation only or whether you can apply for excess etc

Next up is the retail offer @3p ....

EG1 announcement last night lifted their SP up 16% (only down 75% on their listing price now!!!) see if we get an update today - if so it'll be interesting to see what our holding is!!

... indeed as hoped after a little bit of yo-yoing this morning it seems to have settled & at a reasonable level ... next RNS I suspect will be about the retail offer - then hopefully, assays & assuming they're OK followed shortly after by the definitive agreement - then hopefully it's off & I'll get to my exit point(s) sooner rather than later ...

....all shareholders at the time of the offer would be eligible so yes buying today should give you access to the subscription - depends entirely on the board as to whether oversubscription would be permitted in the event that either it is or existing shareholders don't take up their allocations ... but if the SP is anything over say 3.5p I can't see many (if any) people turning down the opportunity ... Each to their own & everyone must make up their own mind ... No point blaming posters on these boards if things don't work out as you want/hope - whatever you decide it's on you & good luck with it ...

....the retail offer will be to existing shareholders & should be at 3p if KM sticks to what he's been saying in interviews ... if the SP is above 3p who wouldn't take up their offer amount??? It'll be a small amount offered to PI's though I haven't worked it out yet but I will at some point £200k ÷ 3p pro rata'd over the shares in issue at the time won't be a lot in comparison I don't think ....

.... really hoping our unknown (cough cough) Azteca partner is planning to use this as a sucknit & see prior to a buyout offer .... 🤞🏼

...it'd be nice but unlikely in my opinion Mr J ... there'll shortly be 72M shares in issue that the latest participants will be looking to sell & feed off the Cadence trough again ...next RNS might finally do some good though 🤞🏼

...this possibly the most important element of the RNS @ this particular moment... shame they couldn't wait until after the full assays we're confirmed & the agreement signed alongside the raise - but hey ho it wouldn't be Cadence if a raise didn't come with massive dilution & cheap shares for someone else's benefit other than their PI shareholders .... if the 'market' recognises this for its potential it could even stay where we are or rise after an initial knee jerk ....
