Indeed TC although the announcement occurred after close of play in Oz .... maybe whatever it was they were doing (which I'm pretty sure was related to a loan of shares hence all the wording in the various annexes such as loans/returns & rehypothecated ) petered out during the day ...see what happens today ....

....indeed TC .... did you notice that there was a collateral of nearly 15M shares returned according to the annex .... so maybe whatever the position or purpose was has been finished with.

Evening all..... I've been pondering what I consider worse.... someone coming on here and whining all the time or someone coming on here and whining about someone whining all the time ..... the former achieves little other than maybe being a little cathartic & perhaps valid in the mind of the poster the latter is just so mind numbingly inane & pointless .... & after giving it due consideration I think I prefer the former at least I can understand that.

.... @TC the latest round of RNS's shows the holding up 2% overall & looks like a prime brokerage agreement is often used by hedge funds .... looking at the list of transactions there seems to be a lot of share borrowing requiring returning going on .... hmmm

.... I also escaped BCN (fortunately long before it was trashed!!) & EMH with small profits ... but many didn't holding on for the £5 per share hype at BCN & EMH now has limited upside in my opinion for the same reason .... single project with bigger players floating around ....

Looking good doesn't seem to have any correlation to being accepted as good does it.

But I think MrsB might have been alluding to the fact that we once held RAREX (Nee Clancy) & sold it ...probably coscee needed to pay off debt....

...who knows TC .... as usual we'll have to wait & see I guess .... looks to me like MU potentially own the shows but through MS Australia & HSBC Australia as custodians under a Prime brokerage agreement ..... but there's also mention of a shorting co in the announcement........ as I said earlier maybe it's as simple as a transfer of business but I really don't know .... it's just puzzling as there are so many buys, sells, borrows & returns .... but it all looks fairly unchanged to what it was from the outset .... hmmm .... this is why I hadn't said anything earlier .... because I'm not sure what it all means/infers LoL.... anyhoo back to the bus stop & the interminable wait that continues on ....& on .... & on .... for us :-))

Yes ... I was only in BCN briefly as I couldn't see it ever working for PI's ... sold before Ganfeng involvement & our 25p torpedo .... so managed to escape with a small profit before the worst of it .... always thought the dreaming of £5 per share was always just that..... just waiting for the final curtain to fall on the EMH story & again I've held there some years back but no longer time will tell on that I guess....

As to clocks & HAS just a matter of waiting I guess & we should be mindful that if the 'conditions precedent' aren't satisfied within 180 days (which is soon) & deal isn't completed then either party could withdraw from it ..... unfortunately we don't know what the conditions precedent are (as far as I know) & one of them could be that the 30 day VWAP is at least $4 ..... which might be behind someone(s) trying to suppress their SP - if that's what's going on with MU/MS/HSBC .... who knows eh ...cos I certainly don't LoL.

Looks to me like it might be a transfer of business activities when you look at all the annexures and stuff as there are lots of buys & sells quoted as well as 'collateral loans & borrows returns' which would infer some shorting... & the holdings now don't look much different to the holdings originally announced a few days ago {}-/

You might be right of course & it all seems to revolve around Mitsubishi Finance/Morgan Stanley/HSBC Holdings ....

Yes hopefully @EV ... I'll keep waiting at the bus stop then .... HAS yes by year end & on the plus side it's looking more & more likely they'll need to be issuing those shares at something under the $4 mark :-) .... EMH has limited upside for us IMV I reckon they'll be bought out for a fraction of what everyone's hoping for over there ...much like BCN ... although we haven't launched a funding torpedo them like we did with BCN eh ....... well yet at least LoL ...

.....and not before time (assuming this target date is actually met for change (& still no sign of Evergreen's ASX listing!)) considering that the PFS had commenced in July 2021 it'll be what some 17 months in the making ....

Didn't Elon indicate only a few weeks back that it was becoming increasingly likely that Tesla would need to get into the mining business ..... as a miner.....

I'd much rather dream about a tussle & bidding war going on over who can make the biggest bid for our 30% holdings of the JV's

..... they're both listed with the mining inspectorate & the current stage is listed as 'exploration' .... but yes they hold both the mexilit & Megalit concessions & are divvied up 70/30 between Bacanora & Cadence.

Obviously the current publicly available most ng plans under the SLLP utilises a small portion of JV1 but in the latter years ..... part of me thinks that this is pretty resolved from our perspective but we cannot say anything until the majors/govts have finally agreed everything & all contracts are duly signed & in place .....as to when we might hear anything is anybody's guess & ultimately what it might mean for us KDNC PI's remains to be seen.

..... we should also be mindful that Ganfeng appear to be operating in Mexico under their wholly owned subsidiary Bacanora Minerals ... & assuming that's still a Canadian registered business .....
