Hoping this rise is all about Amapa & nothing to do with Sonora :-))

....nah ... I think it was initially as disjointed & with changes in direction & unfinished comments as that in the actual interview - bizarrely I took that as a result of positive excitement on KM's part .... LoL

...a little unsettling & hopefully won't impact on the general running/progress of anything ...... just goes to prove what happens when you let the loonies run the assylum ....

Ah yes the old (whilst CEO) I had no knowledge of what was being planned/going on .... A la farcical BCN takeover offer.... LoL

...don't get me wrong it's good that a director has purchased shares but if those 1.4M shares he holds how many have been purchased with money from a salary we've significantly fsupported/funded?

...Mer ... As you know very well the options at 29p mean squat until or unless we get to a point where they're exercised .... rewards/options have come and gone unexercised previously because we never reached a point making it viable for them to do so .....

.....also means IMO that we should stop expecting any 'unexpected' imminent news on Sonora ....if we're under an NDA about it &/or an announcement was imminent I don't think he'd be permitted to make any purchases....

.....they need to control costs better by getting into the mining business eh!!

@ Degsie ... my preferred target price is well north of here :-)) .... always said that much of my exit strategy would resolve around the finalisation of our Sonora interest (which will hopefully be resolved in the next couple of weeks) my comment yesterday was as a result of somebody suggesting we might get bought out - hence removing any other resolution to our SP .... my response was that 'should' that occur (& I don't think it will) then right now I'd accept 30p & begrudgingly 25p ... if I exit on my terms my wish & hope would be for more ... how much will depend a fair bit on how Sonora now plays out rather than some buyout attempt which I don't think will be forthcoming in any event

Can't wait to see what their next SP target is .... historically they've missed by a country mile with them ... will they finally get one close LoL

Oh I'm sure we'll get some media released soon with Kiran bouncing around like Tigger over Amapa with little mention of the delay or timeframes on Evergreen listing or Hastings share issue..... also not expecting anything on Sonora which could be a silver lining or dark cloud soon.... Amapa is still 9-12months from a DFS then there's financing & rehabilitation so probably late 2024 earliest before anythings likely to come out of the ground hence why buy KDNC now for many I suspect.... especially whilst resources for operating costs & progression of Amapa is currently unknown (but hopefully perhaps by the sale of Hastings/Evergreen shares or Sonora JV's rather than placings & raises)

......oh I don't know .... I'd be very tempted to accept 30p per share...... 25p wouldn't be the end of the world & at least would be an end to this interminable wait .... I have a picture of Kiran sobbing into his cornflakes right now with Mrs Padovsky patting his back offering, comforting words, tea & hobnobs LoL

Jimb .... assuming it still occurs (i.e. one or other party doesn't withdraw) the 30day VWAP is calculated based on the 30 days prior to share issue so it's a constantly moving target until the shares are issued.....

Amapa ... Delay...... hopefully short
Evergreen ... Delay ..... Unknown timeframe
Hastings shares .... Delay .... Unknown timeframe

No surprises there then! ....... Is a lack of mention of Sonora of interest ..... No more or less than a lack of mention of EMH or our 'other' assets .... not so much of a 'Corporate update' rather than a 'Sorry - what everyone was waiting for & expecting as outlined previously by KDNC is delayed.'

Pretty poor IMO & pretty much follows on from delays on pretty much everything that has gone before & so the wait goes on....

I am reminded of this little ditty .... perhaps all or nothing by close tomorrow eh ..... certainly not holding my breath! ...... with KDNC it's just soooooo hard to believe any of it's not going to be delivered as expected LoL

...indeed just confirms that the ask is too high (should be around 10.4 tops) & probably the bid too looking at what the actual sells are ... hey ho Christmas soon & a break from news & trades.

Yes they could do with updating this para, PFS yet to be published with DFS 9-12 months behind means 2024 most probable at best .... still only potentially 3 years later on this one....
