LoL @ YAP YAP ...that's not what you said, you indicated you were only being offered 1p to sell on HL not that the spread was 1p .... what I said & Kiev confirmed is that we were being offered in excess of 16.5p to sell .... (& in effect the trades in the 16.5's were in fact sells) hence why I was expecting the bid to tick up a little toward close ... but it didn't

the 16.5's are sells so am expecting another little tickle upwards before close .... slowly slowly .... Just need something to kick it up a gear now :-)

.... I'm not saying they're lying about not having the approvals in hand ... just that's it's a BS excuse considering how long they've had to sort it out, ... They knew they were going to issue the shares regardless of which way shareholders voted on the specific resolution so why weren't the approvals to transfer already requested, rubber stamped & in place at the time of the AGM.. very poor planning IMO hence a BS excuse

Firstly your original article related to 'contested' titles - ours is not

Secondly the second article indicates that staff have been pulled in from elsewhere to 'fasttrack' applications & the complaint being it's left other areas short of staff

Thirdly they've had the best part of a year to prepare for this.

If there is a delay it's of HAS 'manufacture' IMO & quite possibly IMO due to their 30 day VWAP not being the $4 they desired & got shareholder approval for so they didn't lose their permitted placement capacity .....

... don't get me wrong I'm not blaming our lot for any delay but HAS .... although either party can apply to request the change AFAIK & a separate change request is required for each licence.

...we can only keep fingers crossed :-) ...article doesn't mention iron specifically but it is hopefully also desirable to the sharks for the right price.

@nookie ... nothing further has occured yet on the issuance of HAS shares ... the BS excuse (IMO) about not yet receiving the transfer approvals still stands until advised otherwise ..... I'm still quite tempted to contact the local DMIRS & enquire about any backlogs & delays LoL

@ smrrty - of course our licences are wrapped up in the whole thing the Mexicans have taken/are taking control of the commodity - our fate & licences are very much tied in with the discussions going on between Ganfeng & the MX government.

...not sure that helps us in our deliberations much as Ganfeng own 70% of the shares in JV1&2 which is more than 2/3rd's

Until something is formally announced it's pretty much all speculation & guesswork trying to piece together the various pieces of information ... will our small piece of the SLPP be brought forward, bought out .... will/won't we be bought out of the JV areas are they now scheduled for development .... that a lithium mine is going to be built & in operation I have no doubt, for one thing there's a lot of integrated plans that'll be reliant on it ....but from where, by whom for what & for whose benefit remains to be clarified IMO.

It can't simply all be down to translation tools as the details vary too much ..... it really would help if every publication carried the same information rather than all the seemingly contradictions published from one source & writer(s) to another....

Fingers, toes & eyes crossed that it is all sorted amicably & we get a good return from it either in sale or SP uplift .... until it's sorted & clear I'm still hoping this current rise is based solely on Amapa so any good news from Sonora gives us another kick up rather than dropping if it's not so good.

..indeed & to be fair, as is evident it looks like the federal govt are taking COFECE to task over the transfer but if they successfully conclude it shouldn't have been approved where would that leave everything ....we might be sitting on the sidelines but however it progresses/pans out it will impact on us .... heads we win tails we lose seems to me :-)

Doesn't look great to me .... guess we just need to sit tight, wait & see how it pans out .... as I said previously really hoping this current rise is all about Amapa & nothing to do with Sonora....

Alejandro Armenta Mier informed this media outlet that the Morenista concession reported that in the previous administration (he did not specify) apparently the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) changed the name of the Owner of the Mining Concession to extract lithium to Bancanora Lithium of Canada and Ganfeng International of China, where Bancanora sold the Mexican lithium to the Chinese company without prior authorization from the federal government,Therefore, he filed a Criminal Complaint to open an investigation and find those responsible given the null information about the destination of 7 thousand 800 million pesos, in what he affirmed is a betrayal of the homeland .

Maybe we could contact the WA govt department responsible for licences & permits to ask them what levels of delays & current backlogs there are eh.... I know they've got to process the change for each of the licence areas separately but come on - how long have they had to prepare for this, when was the deal announced again?!!

Fingers crossed they don't string it out for too long .... there's only so much they can make out are 'administrative' delays .... No doubt COVID will get the blame somewhere along the line ...... Seems to have become a panacea excuse for anyone & anything that doesn't work quite as planned these days.

Not the one we want though (reckon it's possible they're holding off issuing our shares until their SP is above A$4 & the excuse given about delayed permissions is just smoke & mirrors)

@yap yap ... I'm not expecting Ganfeng to roll over for the Mexicans just waiting to see how it pans out without any expectations one way or the other ..... GFL are not a lowly AIM minnow co like RUR, BCN & KDNC & I expect (& somewhat hope) our JV's at least will be amicably resolved (well as much as possible) under the drag/tag agreement...
