I personally wouldn't take anything for granted ... & am reminded of Rurelec's ejection from Bolivia when the govt nationalised it's electricity.... years & years of litigation finally settled in the courts for a fraction of what was requested & then payment was made late & ~$20M short of the awarded amount of $52m from memory, Rurelec have never recovered IMO .... hopefully Ganfeng fare better our position is very much tied in with their settlement regarding not just the SLPP (which only has a small amount of JV1 within it) other than that currently the JV ,areas aren't being 'progressed' at all.......reckon Secker, despite alternative opinions, after relocating the business to the UK may have inadvertently done BCN shareholders a favour by selling out .... at least Ganfeng have significant global & commercial clout ....

Not all of it's unknown .... we do know the completion of the DFS is probably 12months+ away (at least 9 months from the RNS saying it's been started!) - & to be fair if it was all known we & everyone else would know exactly when to pile in more - which to be honest would remove the fun of the uncertainty.

3. EMH. Progress of development of Cinovec (UNKNOWN TIMEFRAME)
4. Yangibana/Hastings. Completion of exchange of JV for shares in HAS (LATE, UNKNOWN & EITHER PARTY COULD POTENTITALLY NOW WITHDRAW)
5. Evergreen. Listing on ASX (LATE & UNKNOWN)
