RE: ore prices and shipping costs18 Nov 2022 09:22
...there was no need to correct yourself OBS
Right of first refusal (ROFR), also known as first right of refusal, is a contractual right to enter into a business transaction with a person or company before anyone else can. If the party with this right declines to enter into a transaction, the obligor is free to entertain other offers.
Indeed though hopefully conditions are improving to the extent shipping might restart....it needs to otherwise what's the point, shipping any newly extracted & processed ORE will also need to be viable so conditions need to remain viable in the longer term also...... as to the 30/49% .... it'll be some time yet before we see the 'cash' to our benefit in the bank's won't it as initially & for some time it'll be earmarked for debt, recovery & reinstatement ... the PFS will make things a lot clearer & hopefully a provide a path & timeline to when profits from sales will start hitting ours/INDO's accounts rather than paying off debt & being ploughed back into recovery & reinstatement.
