Unless it's in imported cars I can't see Sonora lithium turning up in UK factories/refineries in any other form ..... the MX govt seems keen & have made sufficient noises about making sure that doesn't happen easily .... I'm still interested to see whether they'll even be allowed to ship much to China for processing...

@ Struv .... Market uncertainty over infrastructure & mine repair/rehabilitation costs & how they will be funded ... current Fe prices & shipping costs, pandemic, global troubles & uncertainties.... Perm any combo .... hopefully the PFS will provide some certainty on the cost/finance part of it & the rest is anybody's guess, sentiment & risk appetite.

Amapa isn't the only 'unknown' for us at the moment though so all could potentially change for other reasons as well...

Yes TC .... as you know PBA owns DEV & PBA is owned as a JV by INDO & KDNC .... we got 20% of PBA for $2.5M subject to criteria being met & a further 7% for $3.5M after further milestones were met .... Indo have transferred a further 3% to KDNC in for a combination of cash, loans & service/admin settlement for a combined consideration equal (as stated) to $3.3M.

As to shares at the moment the 'minimum' number of PBA shares there can be is 1000 which allows for the points of a % that could currently be issued .... so for instance 200 shares would be 20% ....270 shares would be 27% .... 300 shares 30% ..... but also to accommodate KDNC taking a max of 49.9% which would be 499 shares compared to INDO's 501 shares or balance of 50.1% of PBA.

..also @ EV ... IMO I don't think anything other than the original $6M (2.5+3.5) investment for 27% was subject to the buyback @ x1.5 option ... kinda think we're beyond that now though as not only did Indo need to agree to release the additional 3% but we also needed to be willing & wanting it rather than insisting on repayment/payment .... With the positive MRE & ORE it all looks good for increasing our ownership (if offered) rather than the buyback being a possibility....

...good questions ... for my money the 12 month clock should/would start ticking when the option to purchase the additional 22% (now 19%) was offered .... mainly because of the stage/permits/action 'triggers' incorporated within the agreement which wouldn't be as predicable or set in stone as they'd need to be for any other date/event to be practical ... JMO though.

TC ...it is of course possible I'm wrong but my understanding & belief from all that I've seen & read is that Indo own all the shares in PBA that we don't .... that is why it was always up to Indo to 'elect' to release the additional 22% for us to purchase & go to 49% on a right of first refusal & why there was provision for us to take additional percentages on mutual agreement up to a max of 49.9% .

We lent PBA money at an interest rate of 18% & Kiran has performed a lot of consultancy & admin work all chargeable to PBA .... It is my understanding that this combined with some cash has been calculated to be an amount of $3.3M & instead of repayment(loan +interest)/paynent (of services & admin) Indo have agreed to transfer 3% of their 73% balance to KDNC .... allowing for a max remaining purchase/transfer for services of 19.9% .... if someone can evidence prove otherwise great.

Hi TC .... Indo were simply transferring %'s of the shares they owned to KDNC .... there shouldn't be any more shares issued just a transfer of shares from Indo's ownership to KDNC .... issuing more shares would make it overly complicated & would serve no purpose....

Indeed TC .... anyone know what the 30 day VWAP was on the 12th Oct ..... maybe there was a lower threshold limit on the price built into the agreement detail in the event the 30 day VWAP went below an agreed level .... the drop after they announced the $4.40 raise may have come as a surprise to them ..... shouldn't have done I guess they didn't have to look very far for a precedence on the potential SP action after share offer LoL

.....indeed if res 4 is passed the shares for our JV's won't impact the 15% they're allowed to issue under rule 7.1 ... If voted against our shares will be issued under rule 7.1 & will diminish the remaining amount they can issue

..... so regardless of whether HAS shareholders vote for or against resolution 4 the sale of our JV tenements will go ahead ... they're only voting on the means to issue the shares....
