OBS ... Yesterday as below you indicated we were 'in' conversation with GANFENG regarding our 30% JV's ..... can you advise where you've gleaned this information, from what I can find in various recent interviews all that's been said is that we 'would be willing to' talk to them about the JV's not that we are talking to them?

Sonora Lithium: In conversation with Ganfeng regarding KDNC's 30% JV's.
* Anticipated order of events: Possible sale of some of Sonora to Lithium for Mexico, publication of expanded DFS, new off take/investors.

1a = about 9-12 months from completion of PFS
1b = yes
1c = no
2a = possibly
2b = f... knows at the moment, there are a myriad of possibilities though from selling an asset(s) to a humongous placing or disastrous loan - they've all got precedence here IMO.

I'm more in line with your finish prediction Mer ... Possibly flat on the day IMO ... the MRE doesn't really give us/market more than we were expecting anyway IMV.

LoL ..... I've said numerous times you shouldn't make decisions based on what's posted on these boards Mer .... reckon you might have missed the bottom in this particular drop at a shade over 9p but who knows eh .... I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get another chance.

Suspiciously like a couple of brokers passing them between each other to lower the SP imo.

...a glowing article I'm sure ... it's been up & running for a couple of years again after a couple of years closed for refurbishment.... doing a few gins now as well, apparently nice but I really wouldn't know a good gin even if in sufficient quantity to render me unconscious as I'm not overly keen on it after a very unfortunate experience with it at age 13 LoL

Fair enough so my reality is your pessimistic... doesn't really matter, what is certain is that the SP will better reflect the values of asset 'uncertainties' once they're fully & evidentially resolved & as that happens with the 4 assets that require it the rest will simply be the difference between the reality & the MCAP ... as it is today.

Make the top ups 'significant' eh Mer said he was going for 30% ..... but then 30% of a few is not a lot eh so let's hope it's 30% of a lot instead.

...not pessimistic just realistic with the facts as they stand today rather than wearing my beer bottled bottom rose tinted glassed EV ... I can see both the reality today & the future 'potential' here & if there wasn't the latter I wouldn't still be here, but right now that's all it is 'potential' ... there was a time & possibly will be again when potential was better reflected in the SP..... 2.14p per share in 2013 on Sonora drill results & hype for instance ..... but the market is well aware of our share/BoD historic performance & activities so understandably cautious currently.. once confirmed, documented & a reality these assets will be reflected more accurately in the SP.

Time for a top up eh!

That's all well & good EV but:

a) currently Evergreen are unlisted so difficult for 'the market' to value.

b) HAS shares will be issued after their AGM if ratified, with the associated 30 day VWAP unknown until set & the final completion date currently unconfirmed.

c) regardless of commentary Sonora & the JV's are neither confirmed as progressing unhindered by MX legislation or if so to what time frames.

d) we are still awaiting the MRE/ORE (Oct) & PFS (year end) before it's 'potential' value & costs are clarified.

Right now your personal calculations & valuations mean squat as these are all the 'uncertainties' which 'the market' being very risk off currently means those assets are reflected minimally in our SP today .... as I said once clarified/ confirmed they will be reflected better but right now cumulatively they amount to circa & between £7 & £8M & we're burning through cash.

Time for that top up eh!

...no firstly it was the position as at 30th Jun when our SP was higher & the £6M direct equity holdings included EMH when our circa 8% accounted for £5.7M (currently = around £6.4M so an improvement but they are drifting again)

So of our current MCAP of £16M around £8M +/- a few hundred K is direct holdings (including EMH) & cash ... try to keep up & post with some knowledge & accordingly eh.

..... "Not priced in either" ....

Per our interims our direct equity holdings at 30th Jun amount to less than £6M .... being generous with Cash say another £2M = £8M .... so there's currently another £8M "priced in" for HAS/Evergreen/Amapa & Sonora.... which all have a degree of uncertainty attached to them ...as those uncertainties unwind the values might be better reflected in the SP.

The direct equities may have improved slightly but not significantly since 30th Jun ... so the market seems to be understandably cautious with "our uncertainties" which is hardly surprising in my opinion.
