...I guess those two major shareholders may just be waiting for it to go into administration so they can offer to buy the non cash assets on the cheap... I'll take your post as a preference to vote for the administration but will check in occasionally to gauge any other views expressed.

It's a vote at the AGM to pass (or not) resolutions on the winding up of the company, appointing administrators, their fees, payment of unsecured creditors etc ..... to be honest I'm past caring much for myself on this share as I wrote it off many moons ago. .... Denny has posted we might get back £30 per 1M shares held but how much credence/certainty there is of that has I don't know ...... as I'm so apathetic in regards to this share now I'm happy to vote for or against resolutions along with the majority view/opinion of other holders here, if any can be bothered to state them LoL

If you're trying to get people to question their investment here those are not necessarily great examples IMO Nookie :

BCN received a 25p torpedo & were bought out for a song after getting into bed with GFL in many people's opinions .... significantly less than the £5 a share once touted, suggested & hoped for there at one point.

EMH look to be going the same way IMO, after all the hype they're now a minority partner to CEZ & I reckon another buyout for significantly less than what was once spouted and hoped for is on the cards there too.

...got my invitation to vote today, what's the thoughts from other shareholders on which way to vote as I'm happy to go with the flow .... been an absolute dogs dinner for 10 years or more & lost here anyway ... happy to walk away with a pittance (if anything) or nothing which is what I've had for the last few years anyways.

....the 'chosen few' are those investors that are invited to partake in placings a few days before they're announced to ordinary PI's ... the 'chosen few' are those given a heads up by their brokers, agents ....(or those in the know) that news will be published shortly or in the coming hour so they can buy or dump quickly before it hits .... the chosen few are those with £250K at hand to invest immediatrly at the drop of a nod or a wink or they have 'connections' .... certainly not I which is the reason I sit and wait for news rather than trying to pre-empt it, make it up or guess what it will be or what it'll do to the SP.

....indeed OBS .... & I know AIM doesn't respond to what's posted on these boards whether uber positive or negative, speculation, guessing or otherwise .... as should be becoming crystal clear to yourself by now in my opinion ..... the first we'll know about news is an unexpected shift in the SP as those 'chosen few' get to hear of news a short or more time before we do ....

....about time they announced something significant targets there back in Jan of this year (as I also posted at the time) ..... it's also a 70/30% split JV with LIT all as below RNS from the time.
