There could have been a shed load of dissatisfied shareholders out there with a shed load of votes though. Oh well just have to wait. Guess there won't be update until Bojo has reviewed the current "lock down" situation. Would probably look a bit odd if Val changed thier mind in the interim and issued shares after today's RNS. Mind you I thought they only had weeks to survive????

As galling as it is to say it, perhaps that's a tad unfair (I feel funny after saying that) with the covid 19 situation. Rather in terms of whether they otherwise would turn up I am inclined to think that would depend on whether they get their way or not. As I understand it the next meeting is about consolation (the concensus of the SAG was to agree it so they should get thier way with that one). The meeting on thier future isn't till April. If they lost that one we defiantly wouldn't see them. There would be nothing in it for them.

I am not sure that not having a meeting is an issue. Adterall last time 2 main directors did not turn up and as I understand it the act purpose of the meeting was limited to reveling the outcome of the last vote. The result was then promulgated via a RNS in any case. So no I don't think not having a meeting means having to go bust. I would think it more likely that an RNS will be released on the day.

I don't think the balance sheet shows they are in debt. Also if they have been doing less research (cutting back on costs) I don't think being in debt is too much of an issue. I think that ultimately they need capital to remain liquid as they are always incurring costs and would ultimately end up in debt if they don't have the current assets to pay for the services received

I was also confused by charts on all the shares I looked at yesterday. At about 12:30 the line became a straight line and showed increase to the end of the day. Not just here, but Lloy, Rbs. The ftse in general. Did the lse shut down yesterday? Is it just missing data?

Big supporter of the idea that the BOD could boost sp performance (that show of thier confidence in the company), but big rises do come with a health warning.
The SP is the mid ponit between the bid and ask. As such if the spread increases from its common 20% to something like 35% or even the mental spread of 50% the other day it will be reflected in the SP.
The other thing is when the sp is so low even small fraction of penny changes can be a significant % of the sp resulting in apparently big % changes.
Looking towards a better day, but being careful to to get carried away by a false dawn.

Absolutely not going to correct you. I will survive this consolation in that I will have a handful of shares after if it goes ahead. I will get washed out with the consolidation that will most likely be required in a few years.
The question is what do you/we want to do about it?
Freddie in the last couple of days appears to look at this as last chance saloon for the BOD. I belive concensus with the SAG is important if we want a united front to apply pressure on the BOD and as such I don't intend to complain to the regulators before May that is after the vote on the future of George and Satu takes place.
If you want to make a complaint now, send Freddie a mail. I sent him a draft of my complaint. I had always intended it to be a template for others to work with if it the company went onto adninstsrion or if it became apparent that George and Satu continue to hold shareholders in contempt.
The real benefit of the SAG is that it organised people and made our votes count. I just want to maintain that effectiness.

Totally agree, with the imminent issue of shares following consolidation (assuming it goes through) there will be a new wave of people who will get sucked into this mess. I want people to hear the alarms going off when they see this BB. I will likewise continue to advise against averaging down. My prime focus now is what happens after April. It is conceivable that George and Satu remain in post. If so we need to adopt a professional relationship with them (doesn't mean anyone has to like them) as they won't change if we #### talk them, and that we need to be professional and organised in holding them to account. As for avatars, my focus is to establish proof as to if the BOD post on here in attempts to bully or otherwise manipulate shareholders. If we can prove that is happening then we can complain to the relevent regulator, whether that be the lse to block them or something more serious because they are manipulations entail they are not acting in the interests of shareholders.

I think the total cash amount invested by shareholders (this will include the BOD as well) is the amount in the share premium account on the ballance sheet. The actual figure is likely to be a bit higher, but as the nominal value of each share is so little it might not be that significant a differnce.

Britsh bulldog, I think you might have got hold of the wrong end of the day stick re my posts at the beginning of the day. All I am suggesting is that if George and Satu remain in post we have to attempt to rebuild trust with them. This means that that they too have to show willingness to change. There is no no point at sniping at them and there is no ponit at snipping at each other on here. What I am proposing is documenting genuine wrong doing so that we can hold the BOD to account. No name calling, no theories, just cold hard facts. I also recommended not posting any evidence on a public forum, but to share it with trusted people and to make complaints to the regulator if anyone can prove wrong doing.

Certainly not suggesting what way to vote, only to compile evidence from now on so that we can actually can hold the BOD to account in future.

PAD, I totally agree, non attendance earlier in the year was certainly inflammatory. It is also why rebuilding trust is key. It is also a case that trust has to be rebuilt from both sides. I share your pessimism. I don't think recent events have given the BOD a shock. However if they remain in post for now we have to give them the time to attempt to make good on the issues that have been raised to them. If the status quo continues it will be for us to decide if we will put up or shut up.
If there is evidence of wrong doing it is important from now on that we document it. It should not be documented on a public forum however.

As much as people want /need to discharge emotions directed at the BOD. Displaying naked aggression on this BB is ultimately self defeating. If George and Satu are the cause of our woes there are 3 possible outcomes. 1 we allow the status quo, 2 we flag our concerns and see if George and Satu can provide a solution to our woes, 3 if they cannot then they are the problem and voting to remove them would be a rational action.
Attenpting to insult the BOD on here is only likely to make George and Satu resient shareholders more and more likely to make them dig thier heels in (recent RNS a would indicate that digging thier heels is is exactly what they have done).
The first step in trying to engage with the BOD is to attempt to build a relationship with them to find away forward. It is only when it becomes clear that is not possible that removing them becomes the right thing to do.
It's not unreasonable to express opinion but I think we need to be mindfull of not letting our frustrations getting the better of us. If consolidation does now go ahead the next step is to attempt to build that relationship with the BOD if we want to effect change.

Looking over the posts from yetseyday I see that there are acqusations that seperate posters are the same person and intimations made that this can be established by ip adress data. Likewise when people post in favour of the BOD that they are BOD members. If there is no proof either way I would suggest letting it go. It is clear that there is plenty of emotion that posters need to discharge at this time, however unfounded acqusations will help no one. If there is evidence that can proof any of these things I think it is important to report this to the regulator. Do not post that evidence on this BB it is not the appropriate forum. If anyone wants to make a complaint and wants help I am willing to help with that.
