- You have 17k of posts and have only posted on RRR for two years plus. Any reason or are you just all in on RRR ?

- I think I am being fair in pointing out the last note to the half year accounts. As at 31st December 2024 over £3m of loans was very surupticiously moved to CLNs. No annoucements on rates and terms. I can see the blended rate of interest is 34% per annum. Lots more could have been moved in 2025. Do you not see a risk that Bell has created a scenario [ lenders arguably own a huge proportion of shares] where Lenders take all the prize that you have held on so patiently for ?

However, I think ZPHR has a very strong competitive advantage re the techniques used, data seismics , realtionship with University , government grants, access to infrastructure and pipeline thorough ZPHR acerage.

ZPHR will have similer conversations with the pipeline operator who I guess are a monopoly supplier and will want their $ of flesh.

It's the bit that the Arbitrator wants them to sort itself out themselves. Clearly Bell is not doing that but strengthening his case. How will the Arbitrator who does not want to Arbitrate respond to that ?

I must admit to not understanding the link between the Arbitration meeting on 15th January 25 when Bell thought it was done and dusted but the Arbitrator told them to sort it themselves, the publication and the Supreme Court.

Any ideas ? Is the Arbitrator still in control but wants a court judgement. Is the Arbitration dead and replaced by a court case ? What's your view Spec ?

Logically any sane lender would only lend Bell to complete on POW on the condition there loan was secured on the POW asset.

As to if RRR will tell us that not certain at all. They have never seen fit to tell us they have £4m of loans converted to CLNs or the status of the lithium so not sure they would tell us this.

Accounts only five weeks away now. I was wrong last year as I did not think we would see them. This year we will be £4m more in debt, riddled with CLNs, huge interest charges mainly accrued and the only chance of salvation is DRC arbitration which looks further away than ever.

My opinion only but I'm rolling over. A probibilith of no accounts released which triggers suspension and lenders decide next move as they can't fund this forever.

In no way a reccomendaction but compare and contrast 7 minutes of CH ZPHR CEO with Andrew.

Granted neither say much of substance.

But contrast the demeanour, setting, articulation, succinctly of answers , all round general professionalism.

Rate looks high - 18% APR including set up plus 18m warrents at 3.75p.

Lender can also convert loan at 3.75p.

I think we would all love conversion as it means SP well past 4p.

My calculations are full conversion would mean

£682k to the company as warrents on 18m exercised.

Dilution of just shy of 3% on shares in issue of 2.1bn. [ 56. 6m new shares] That is both from warrents AND $2m loan converted.

Small beer in the greater scheme of things so at face value expensive but impact seems minimal.

Just would not want this type of lending to become a habit !!
