I cling to the following crumbs.

- non opps probably prevents SH wipeout.

- investors recently invested at 3p off the back of Paradox.

- a well investor stuck $7.5m in and will want payback.

Prepared to give it a little more time but in all honesty if the asset has the value the analysts have attributed to it suprised we have had not had a low ball offer.

Would I have taken 5p three months ago No I would have been livid.

Would I take 5p now Yes.

Perhaps when Sentana talks about a managed SP that's where this is heading ?

With your £1.5m of debt Hapless you should see parallels with RRR. Bell and the company are finished the lenders are in control and this won't end well. Irrespective of the Arbitration. Either the lenders take a hit or they take the cash as just like the company you allegedly took control of RRR cannot pay its current obligations.
