Its falsehoods like that explaining why the Nomad is not interested and it's a Reach RNS this evening.

It's pretty obvious.

The Lithium operation failed due to commodity prices ( no dispute there). RRR pivoted to buying third party Lithium and exporting. This created a big spike, in SP enabled plenty of placings and the Lithium stockpile is now missing.

Faso 24 - production etc etc. Huge numbers of RNSs. Nothing.

Nov 25. All quiet on the arbitration. Out of the blue housing for the millions and gifting of top value assets to RRR.

- finance charges 134k a month in six months to 31st Dec 24. My view is second half closer to 200k a month.

- CLNs we get to know conditions and terms and absolute about of debt converted. They will be onerous IMO.

- Absolute numbers of Options issued and at what price and valid until?

- Think we will find out if PoW was paid.

- Loss on sale of royalty compared to carrying value in accounts.

- How Bell will justify going concern questions.

Not oftern with RRR much to get your teeth into. Thank goodness for the annual audit.
