You claim that as none are disclosed in Note 26 subsequent events the answer in None.

So Note 26 is material events that are in the public domain or in Board minutes and papers. So we know RRR has buried info on the in year loans why would they suddenly change tack from 1st July ?

The auditors have an in year obligation to disclose ALL loans and arrangements entered into in the financial year. That's why in Note 18 the disclosure begins for ALL four loans " During the year" as opposed to On X day and Y day the company announced.

RRR discloses nothing and we will have to wait until 31st December 2025 for the truth to come out.

Whilst we wait the four declared loans [ by the Auditors not the Company] of £1.35m have cost £577.5k in interest and redemption charges in the six months from 1st July 2024 to 31st Dec 24.

On debt sounds like a timing difference relating to 31st December 2024 as a single point in time. I expect TU to confirm net receipts in first two weeks of the new year and far lower proforma debt on days before TU.

Hard to beleive VTY won't exceed the profit figures in the third warning. If they don't Greg it toast.

I'm expecting a bounce with TU as profit is £30- £40m higher than warning three.

Longer term lots of questions around have they finally got a grip. ?

The company itself say the nine month impact FY25 of NI changes is £5m so full year equivalent £6.6m.

We get your general point, which i dont disgree. But don't make up numbers for effect [ at least £50m !!]. It makes me even more doubt your claims to a multi million portfolio from a few days back.

Profit down £50m and debt up £120m from an update on 8th November.

Remember thie rate is 300% APR without compounding. Hardly supportive lenders. They would be banned / arrested in the mainstream.
