RRR are saddled with a steptoes yard of assets and hidden liabilities [ Greenland Kansai etc] and commitments. Zero cash and debts closing in on £9m. Unable to secure proper finance 30% up front of.5% a day interest. New years eve 10k shares plus warrents.

Without DRC arbitration cash and quick it is at the mercy of the laughably defined supportive lenders and major PIs.

My opinion only but company specific information is not promising.

Rampers are quick to rubbish my view but over the many years I've been posting it would have saved them a lot.

This is a binary bet on arbitration, really risky and even with the cash they are in a better place but the juries out on a good place !!

Accrued interest to 18th Jan 25 = circa 30k

Shares to satisfy interest = say 100m at 0.03p ?

Conversion price and like for like warrents in Aug 23 were set at .2p to .8p and 0.25p to 0.6p respectively.

For the renewal warrents were 0.11875p and conversion 0.095p.

My guess is Helpful and other HNW individuals will push this down considerably and Bell has a gun to his head in some respects.

Warrents are probably out of control and even with DRC cash [ which is doubtful IMO) can't see this hitting my lowered maximum of 0.12p [ reduced from 0.2p].

Who needs an Investment Advisor when the board accountant calls it right every time ?
