2. Paid August 25. Every three months there after.

3. 130k a month for eight months. Then Dec 25 1% kicks in so monthly income falls to $1.6k per day.

All good stuff but too little relative to the debts and liabilities cash hungry RRR has.

All assuming no issue with Soma paying.

It all boils down to the need arbitration money and quick.

Bells uber long stay in DRC implies either he'd

1 - Bridesmaid again and avoiding the music

2 - It's finally here and he's tieing up loose ends.

Let's hope it the second, but the lack of hyperbole from RRE, pivot to Soma, lack of the few buying and spikyness of the resident suggests the former.

What do you think the finance costs are On RRRs ever mounting pile of debt now ?. Including trade creditors its approaching £9m.

- 200k that we know about 25/30% arrangement fee and 0.5% a day.

- £1.1m at 20% arrangement fee and 12%.

- Trade creditors to pay £2m.

So let's be generous Helpful and say we start production on 1st April and do 100 tonnes per day [ agreement up to 200 tonnes] for the whole quarter?

Payment say August 25.

100 tonnes at say 4 grams per tonne = 400 grammes per day.

RRR share 3% = 12 grams at $85 a grammes = $1000 a day to RRR ?

This does not quite cover the £1000 a day interest we are paying on the 200k of loans at 0.5% per day.

And that's only the userous loans we know about as the Auditors had a statutory duty to report.

Sorry but IMO everything is relative but too little to late.

RRR needs the arbitration award to survive.

Or is he chairing a meeting of the CLN recovery group and his clients doing some risk brain storming should Bell return from DRC without the bacon.

Fascinating Dukey is the interest is payable when due. I suspect it is. That's 1k a day on the 200k we know were taken out before 30th June 2024 [ During the year is the clue Nike ] So 200k in interest plus 55k in settlement fees.

And that's just the loans the auditors had a statutory duty to report to us the shareholders.
