The key question is why are major S Hs funding all this ? And why the secrecy ?

The Orslega theory is its a good investment so SHs should be delighted.

The Banbury theory its potentially a decent investment but Bells inept stewardship means they have him over a barrel and can take control [ hence secrecy ]leaving nothing but crumbs or wipeout for the small guys.

Either way Helpful will be fine.

We should be able to evidence a lot about financing to that point.

The auditors have a duty to report any significant post balance sheet arrangements re loans, indemnities, commitments, charges arrangements etc.

The company is clearly hell bent on telling SHs nothing [ Orslega to coin your phrase ask yourself why ? ]

I'm hoping the Auditors cover this off in terms of post balance sheet developments.

Laughing to myself about the abuse he was giving me about ZEPHYR warrents being extended at a price 300% above current price.

It was nonsensical as normal with Lundy but he said the company should have charged for the extension. He was uncompromising.

Back at RRR - POW has renegotiated it's 166m warrents down from 0.25p to 0.041p !! No charge just got RRR over a barrel.

What's our Investment Advisor saying nothing.

Zumore Tray is suggesting rather than use the 200k placing proceeds for audit and accounting as disclosed. We repaid PoW on the quiet the missing payments.

This was 18th October only waiting for payment to clear !!. No mention of sampling in a detailed RNS the week before. Then whoosh only need payment to clear.
