Imagine if that rich seam was say one metre below the surface and went into RRR's acreage ? We would all be rich. Even lunch money boy.

A certain Investment Advisor would have us believe RRR was in a good place !!

For the avoidance of doubt RRR sells no gold. Its gold sites are all for sale. No offers despite rising gold prices because para are no better than average on any competitive benchmark.

Back to reality who thinks placing before DRC cash ?

I think the point HSO is Helpful was knocking Dukeys crypto investment. A thin ice position to put it mildly !!

Many comments on here are aimed at Helpful not RRR. That was one.

1 What a lovely Xmas present for all if RRR found that missing 200 tonnes of Lithium :)

2 Clearly DRC has morphed from being a legal process to how well connected you are in the DRC. Bell was sold a pup and the don't miss stockbox interview was very missable.

Some questions i suspect will be asked.

• For the last two years you have promised us DRC sale, why should we believe you again ? Where’s the auditable evidence of progress ?

• For the last two years you have mentioned Elephant IPO – no progress

• Last year you promised us asset sales – no progress

• Last year debt including trade creditors (net of cash) was £4.4m now it is over £7.5m (how will you repay it)

• None of your debts are conventional bank loans and are all with connected private individuals – what commitments have you got on their sustainability. How will you repay them ?

• Your CLN note renewal is outstanding

• You have a large commitment to PoW which is currently seriously delinquent how will you repay it ?

All really difficult questions where he will I suspect be asked to raise money to demonstrate going concern. That’s why I am going for 2bn share issue which opens up all sort of POW options.

Another option is accept the qualification of just not publish accounts which is a share suspension whilst this all sorted out.

These are my views only and factual as I see it.

For sure Bell needs a positive outcome from DRC before the year is out.

I think Helpful knows all this which is why he is so spikey

Forgot to mention. Helpful and mates did not like what they saw on CLNs so instead of extending for a year it was just four months.

This extension ? Maybe two months ?

By the time RRR renew they will have probably expired.

But hey RRR is in a good place and the risk reward excellent :(

The strangest RNS ever.

They had an RNS a few weeks before and never mentioned sampling in IC.

Yet in double time [ this is Africa] samples were collected and tested.

It has the sort of whiff of Lithium about it and will dissapear into that catalogue book of all is not what it seems.

Unless of course the results were rubbish and not worthy of communication to shareholders !

Dukey you are only scratching the surface. As a CLN holder he would be stupid ( and he's not ) if did not ask for assurances over and sight of a whole host of metrics before renewing.

That makes him an absolute minimum of a connected party ( by his own admission) , but to all on here an insider.

As a connected party he tells us its for the company to enforce compliance. Unfortunately the company is useless and its CEO more interested in listening to Helpful ( comments on Zumore) , than establishing the root cause of why we are here. Which is SPL [Helpful]

If Bell successfully warned Helpful off I would refrain from posting and so would many others.

Or will we get DRC cash or FASO production.

We both know the answer to that :)

After hours RNS tommorrow after 4.30pm

2 bn more shares 0.03k to raise 600k to tied us over whilst we await FASO production and DRC funding.

Brings the share count to 7.5bn.

We can conclude 2024 with

- three times as many shares

- no asset sales

- no producing assets

- no progress on DRC

- £3m more debt.

All in my humble opinion.
