RE: 24 days until next dilutive event?4 Dec 2024 13:00
H50 - the poster who thinks all bashers are paid shows his complete and utter ignorance.
The last accounts were 31st December 2023. Lots has happened since then - 11 months ago
We systematically worked those events through, including assumptions and offered up the result for challange.
You did no respond.
The debt is £7.2m here's the workings.
The last published accounts were 31st Dec 23
RRR had :
82k of cash
£4.475m of debt comprising
734k long term borrowing.
2039k short term borrowing
1702 of trade creditors
We have had eight share issues in 2024 for 1.859 bn shares these have raised £808k (six were to repay debts totalling 348k and two 460k were cash)
RRR burn was £1.532m in the six months accounts to 31st December 2023.
Eleven months equivalent would be £2.626m
Due to FASO, I think we can safely add 500k so £3.1m of new debt.
30th November 2024 Debt
Carried forward £4.4m (net of cash)
Fund raises / loan repayments - £0.8m
2024 costs £3.1m
POW - 0.5m (CLN Plus delayed cash payment)
RRR debt on 30th November £7.2m
A very big part of the explanation on why the share price is where it is.
