Not selling but adding 4m shares is 1.2k. Its miniscule.

So nothing in this other than Black is one of the few involved with RRR who disclose holdings on a timely basis ! IMO.

Oslega and this is called balance !!

He's not offloaded at all. He has 4m shares more now than his last disclosure on 7th October.

Blacks application of governance rules is impeccable. Allways has been.

This decrease holding represents the 597m shares issued on 23rd October diluting him.

The other big PIs choose to ignore those rules so we the ordinary shareholders never get to see who is taking up the share issues.

It would not suprise me if there advisor was 53% or it 47% Lundy !!

That's why on 8th March 2023 - Bell was less than specific. Around 50%. He wanted to suppress we had relinquished ownership.

We've discussed all this before.

All I know is you and I concurred RRR owned 47% . You told us. Your juggling too many plates.

No idea what a local partner owns it's never been publicly disclosed but I'm not an Insider. Yet more information provided by you not the company.

Look at the RNS of 8th March 2023. Talks about you and your mates providing cash. It concludes "after the funding round the company ownership.of ALR is expected to be about 50%".

Expected is key word. You and I both concurred it was 47%. You told us. Memory failing you ? I have the posts. Watch this space.

Even worse. The only public statement by the company on FASO ownership was 6th Jan 2023.

" assets are held by FASO Greenstones resources ( SARL) a wholly owned subsidiary of FASO Minerals which itself is wholly owned by Red Rock.
