Providing the POSP update is as positive as we hope hope it will add significant value to TOM and PQE. £7m MCap will be a ridiculous valuation for TOM at that stage. Particularly if they announce a site location for a 19k bopd plant using thr tech.

DMG is greener than green. Its carbon negative and produces a lot more H2 per kwh than electrolysers I bet.

Too much procrastination in the UK. Great at developing world leading tech. Just look how many we have in the H2 sector. Terrible at putting it to work.

I have always thought that Poland or any other country outside of the UK would move much quicker than the UK businesses at deploying new tech. Good for Poland, good for PHE.

It would still be nice to see some data from another fuel type. I guess this would be available to EQT from one of the universities they are working with on the 50 types of feedstock they have stated can be used. It wont be 10k hours I wouldn't have thought but would at least give them confidence that their gasification equipment can be used.

EQT state that carbonaceous materials can be gasified. This covers quite a range of materials including RDF

MartinU, it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert. EQT have done this 10 times over. We always want to see more but certainly not a concern from me (being a well qualified and experienced engineer !!)

Arden recently said take profits rather than support EQT so they can f**k off. Janus are just a bunch of un educated investors regardless of a need to derisory whatever else it may have been. EQT are shaping up to take the lead in EfW gasification on a global scale. DP is the man with a great team behind him. It's tough seeing huge retrace of SP but we'll done to those which kept the faith. We shall be rewarded.

So let me get this right. EQT returned 250m Euros of commercial opportunities to customers in the period. This is on top of the 205m returned in H1 taking the total commercial opportunities pipeline for 2020 alone to 450m euros.

That is huge and demonstrates significant interest in the technology and move away from landfill and incineration to better and improved technology.

That's exactly right. It's a start. An unexpected piece of publicity which some thought would never happen. Well it has and as clear as day 'AFC Energy'

My personal view is that both CWR and ITM have revenue but do not have a low cost strategy. Whereas AFC have taken time and consideration to develop a product which is the low cost option and therefore will not only be attractive to customers but will also, no doubt, be beneficial to achieving positive margins by reducing manufacturing costs. Also worth noting that as AFC outsource the manufacturing process it will also reduce the cost of non productive staff and administrative expenditure.

Personally I feel there is much hype around the others and AFC has the greatest potential upside. The market has just not realised this yet.

I certainly agree that EQT deserve a rerate. Considering the pipeline and the closure of this claim. My only concern is the sector sentiment has yet to return for the next wave of the green revolution. Many still chasing COVID and Crypto rainbows. I diversified into Crypto and pleased I did as its propped up the PF. I think there is real value returned to the green sector and EQT, case closed are now looking very attractive. My gut tells me it may be a few weeks before the herd arrives.

Yeah.....I would be careful with that type of analysis. AFC has risen from circa 20p to 90p and back to 45p in 3 months. Fundamental changes and partnerships are responsible which add value and improve sentiment and confidence.

In the same period EQT have risen from 0.5p to 3.2p and back to 1.9p. So in actual fact EQT have seen a bigger rise.

If this relatively infantile sector was valued on earnings and profit at this stage I would love to hear an explanation on ITM and CWR. When that's done take a look at Bloom and Ballard.

Swingy. I like both. EQT will be profitable before AFC but both address different markets. EQT providing gasification and waste reduction and AFC generating power. Both are tech companies but non competing.

Unfortunately you have to make your own investment decisions and be happy with your choices. I have been biased towards AFC for some time but I am equally excited by EQT and the addressable market.

Yes. EQT MCap is very low in comparison. Pipeline equal to ITM yet MCap just 1/25th. EQT do not require subsidies and will definitely be profitable before some other in the sector.
