Tetrolite. There isn't any. Ceres or let's say one of their partners will be 'developing' fuelcells for marine application. They are no further forward than AFC but I believe this development will result in a much higher cost than that of AFCs development and a fuelcell that is a lot more expensive.

I just don't think AFC has received the credit its due from the market yet. Huge endorsements through its partnerships, sales will not be far off, people slowly waking up to the potential of the EV charging and diesel generator replacement market on a global scale.

CWR operate a licencing model and are substantially owned by Bosch and Weichei.

AFC have multiple partnerships in manufacturing, design and roll out. AFC will benefit hugely from not operating the licencing model and maintaining low cost manufacturing strategy.

AFC shareholders will benefit because we have not yet given away a substantial amount of the business for a sum of money to continue to develop the technology.

What is important for BP is the diversification into cleaner energy and less reliant on oil. As someone already said, it may not be welcomed but is essential. Fossil fuels will still be needed for some time and I would expect BP to start regaining some good margins.

Whats the expectatioons here for a dividend increase over the 5.25c per quarter or will all additional income be used to buy back and also pay down debt ?

Thanks TBTT. I had a year end price target of around £4 which is not far from the £1bn MCap. This assumes continued production at current levels and towards the 200k Oz. Havent really considered further growth.

There aren't many stocks like this which provide such potential capital growth and at current SP a decent dividend likely to be around 6.5% for the full year (at 144p) based on 15% paid on net earnings.

I am astounded by the relentless buying here given the current basket price and the estimated H1 results. I would assume most are predicting a healthy dividend in June and a very nice rise in capital.

Does anyone think THS could achieve a £1bn MCap given the estimated revenue and net earnings this year. Just seems crazy valuation. Can only be down to the background seller and their desire to close out their position.

For me there is too much in the pipeline to not be part of this. There will likely be fluctuations in SP but RNSs which are likely to be transformational can and probably will drop anytime of day. Last week likely caught a few out. Maybe they will get to buy back at the pre Atlaaqa SP as the SP is manipulated. Personally I have never felt so confident in AFC and have no intention of trying to trade peaks and troughs. After 11 years of holding things are starting to come together.

RoeninV. Those figures or broker fair value don't even consider the Mace or Ricardo collaborations. The Altaaqa MoU, when taken to full collaboration is enormous potential.

Where that fair value target will be when there are initial multi system sales is anyone's guess. There will be no excuse then to suggest that AFC should not be valued up there with some of the 'bigger' fuelcell and electrolyser companies.

They have just demonstrated working technology in front of a global audience. For anyone with an eye on the AFC product it is likely to be the field test and conformation they need. My gut feel is moving into Q2 and towards H2 2021 is the start of the next chapter for AFC and the hydrogen or sustainable energy sector.

RoeninV. The manufacturing of B.o.P is to be completed by BK Gulf in Dubai region. Fairly strategic if you ask me ! This facility can manufacture several hundred systems per annum. That would just leave assembly, testing and commissioning. I cannot imagine AFC would ship these units to Dunsfold then back to the middle East. More likely have a dedicated strategic team in dubai. This was actually inferred in a previous RNS suggesting strategic hubs.

I haven't seen anything further which clarifies your comments but this will be part of taking an MoU to collaborative partnership.

I note the comment on the Department of International Trade which suggests AFC are planning further global expansion. Also remembering they favour low cost manufacturing routes rather than huge facility ownership and the overheads which go with it. Expecting all orders to be placed through AFC at this point and not a licence agreement. Thus benefiting from full sales and protecting the IP.

It sounds to me they are a distributor for CAT so I would expect the distributor agreement to extend to not only rental but sales also. Mega projects can easily cover the cost of buying the asset. Possibly leaving the units in place after construction as clean back up or stationary power.

Rental, hire purchase, sales, lease. There are many angles to such a deal. Neither company would restrict their market through exclusivity to just one approach.

Very encouraging to see an actual video released by a UK government department actually supporting by name a UK development. International trade will bring in far more revenue than just the UK.
